> 12 jan 2007 / LOST DOG - VANESSA is a 6 year old female laborador/dalmation mix who was hit by a car at the corner of lochinvar avenue and dunford way on friday january 5th 2007 @ 9:15 pm - she took off running up lochinvar avenue towards homestead road and is likely injured - she was wearing a red collar with tags and a purple retractable leash at the time, so if you have any information regarding vanessa; please call 408-735-8459 - ALSO! please email the SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL @ council@ci.sunnyvale.ca.gov & SANTA CLARA CITY COUNCIL @ MayorandCouncil@ci.santa-clara.ca.us and DEMAND that they draft and pass VANESSA'S LAW which will mandate permanent traffic calming measures for residential neighborhoods in sunnyvale and santa clara (speed humps, traffic circles, double fine zones etc) - thanks! - LRE NOTE: after nine accidents on our property and a jogger recently hit on dunford as well, hopefully the mighty VANESSA will finally put a spark under their negligent government asses and get those lazy bastards to increase the traffic calming measures like they promised so long ago...

SUNRISE @ THE KOHL'S PARKING LOT

> 15 sep 2006 / 3700 HALFORD AVENUE DRAFT EIR (etc) - i have been told the entire santa clara city council is in the back pocket of developers, (and i have also been told government tends to retaliate against loud dissenters like me) and i'm beginning to believe it - after all; why else would republicans at the white house honor the city? (for greasing the wheels of their developer interests? - click here) - yes; not only has the possibility of redeveloping the entire cosentino's market parcel @ lawrence expressway and homestead road been considered by the city as of late (although i have heard the city council has no plans of approving it) but also the old parcel where albertson's market used to be across the street from cosentino's market; it has been slated for new kaiser office buildings!? (read the KAISER @ HOMESTEAD ROAD AND LAWRENCE EXPRESSWAY (etc) segment below) - and if that isn't bad enough; there are now plans to build a multi-story structure (5-8 stories - see below) at 3700 halford avenue @ lawrence expressway where kohls now resides!? (click here & X) - the current plan is to remove almost ALL of the trees at the parcel!? (click here) etc etc etc!? - the real question is this; how are we going to survive without our local taco bell!? - read more @ http://www.ci.santa clara.ca.us/city_gov/city_gov_current_issues.html & http://www.ci.santa-clara.ca.us/city_gov/city_gov_sc_square_deir.htm - tell the city of santa clara you will get in front of the bulldozers if they plan on allowing this monstrosity to be built! - good question: is the US government willing to take the lives of it's citizens in order to build a new housing complex? - EMAIL THE SANTA CLARA CITY COUNCIL @ MayorandCouncil@ci.santa-clara.ca.us ~ QUESTION: WERE GHANDI AND CHRIST CRAZY, OR JUST CRAZY LIKE FOXES? - CLICK HERE: X X X X X X - ALSO! - CLICK HERE TO READ ABOUT GHANDI'S NON-COOPERATION MOVEMENT ~ SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT & UNITED NATIONS AGENDA 21 X - LRE NOTES

GOOD QUESTIONS: why do some in government want to place activists on the same level as terrorists? (see: USA patriot act) - answer: because while terrorists sometimes blow up buildings; activists can stop them from being built altogether, and this is far more threatening to the 'powers that be' ~ also, the SUPERBIRDLAND! segment titled: 22 aug 2006 / RAYNOR PARK AND THE SUNNYVALE PLANNING COUNCIL (see below) has led to height limits for many new developments in cities all around the santa clara valley, so why can't those new height limits apply to this proposed behemoth structure - or is this behemoth structure some kind of sinister payback for those new height limits?...

(see: MASSING STUDY above) - if you read the VIEWS OF LOCAL GROUPS SUMMARY of the HALFORD AVENUE DRAFT EIR @ http://www.ci.santa-clara.ca.us/pdf/collateral/DEIR_SCSquare/SUMMARY.pdf - on page 7 it says; the casa del ray homeowners association (which is located west of the site across halford avenue) has expressed concern regarding project density, parking, noise and traffic - so what about the thousands of other local neighbors who knew absolutely nothing about this questionable project when the EIR was drafted? ~ BOYCOTT KOHL'S! - BOYCOTT KOHL'S! - BOYCOTT KOHL'S! why? because KOHL'S is the property owner of 3700 halford avenue, and therefore also the corporate entity behind this new behemoth development proposal! ~ BOYCOTT KOHL'S! ~ BOYCOTT KOHL'S! ~ BOYCOTT KOHL'S! ~ CLICK HERE and tell the SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS to STOP THE CUTESY FLUFF NEWS and do a series of PRO-NEIGHBORHOOD reports on the 3700 HALFORD AVENUE DRAFT EIR BEFORE THE MEETINGS OCCUR, NOT AFTER! - then tell the following entities to do the same: KRON @ breakingnews@kron4.com ~ KNTV @ newstips@nbc11.com ~ KPIX @ 5pmnews@kpix.com & ABC @ abc.news.magazines@abc.com - thanks! ~ NOTE: ABC's long-established policy does not allow them to accept for review or consideration any ideas, suggestions, or creative materials not solicited by them or their subsidiaries, therefore, in the event that you have submitted such content, please be advised that the submission will be forwarded to the legal department for handling!? what's that all about!?

> 1 jan 2007 / HAPPY NEW YEAR 2007! - i found a NOTICE flyer taped to a pole while walking home from the avalon nightclub last night, and it reads as follows: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON TUESDAY JANUARY 9TH 2007 THE SANTA CLARA CITY COUNCIL WILL CONSIDERED AN APPEAL OF THE NOVEMBER 8TH 2006 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM: FILES: PLN2004-04382 / CEQ2005-01031 ~ LOCATION 700 LAWRENCE EXPRESSWAY - a 53-acre site at the southwest corner of lawrence expressway and homestead road (APN's 316-09-033, 035, 039 & 041) property is zoned planned development (PD) - APPLICANT: kaiser foundation health plan inc. - OWNER: kaiser foundation hospitals - APPELANT: kona kai swim and racquet club - REQUEST: USE PERMIT APPROVAL AND RELATED SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (SEIR) TO ALL A HOSPITAL HELIPORT FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL FLIGHTS OF PATIENTS - (click here to see NOTICE) - to read more go to: http://www.ci.santa-clara.ca.us/city_gov/city_gov_current_issues.html ~ ALSO! see segment posted at the bottom of this web page titled: > 22 aug 2006 / KAISER @ HOMESTEAD ROAD AND LAWRENCE EXPRESSWAY (etc) & check out a web site dedicated to the heliport plan @ http://www.heliport-in-your-neighborhood.com/ - TO VIEW THE RESULTS OF THIS MEETING - GO TO: CITY COUNCIL MINUTES ~ RECENT SUMMARIES

> 17 oct 2006 / PUBLIC NOTICE - the people of this neighborhood have attended countless meetings with the SCUSD regarding the usage and mis-usage of the peterson field, and the main complaints have always been illegal parking (see number 4 above) excessive litter (see number 7 & 8 above) and speeding in the neighborhood...so! i went over and checked the parking lot by the basketball gym on saturday during the football game and it was finally open for gym users as it should be, but the lot was only partially full...vehicles should not be parked on the dirt field as in the photo below; they should be parked in the main lot instead, and when that lot gets full, they should park on the street (and i noticed a few tragically late 60-70 mph racer X speeders in the morning heading down dunford way towards the game as well - please slow down unless you want a video of your rampant law breaking posted on this web page)...

and while the field has been left relatively litter-free after weekend games as of late (compared to the mess left in years past) it is still a bit messy even many days after, and this is UNACCEPTABLE...i know this because i have been a once-a-week volunteer litter picker-upper at the peterson field for about two years now right after i jog my weekly mile - i have been thanked by countless neighbors for my efforts (and recently even a member of the sunnyvale police department) - @ $1000 per infraction, i gathered about $100,000 worth of litter last week alone, so do the math...

and i don't want to be a party pooper (because i too drink my share of the magic elixir); but while empty beer bottles and cans are now thankfully being cleaned up post-game (see number 5 above) at any given time there are still a hundred zillion corona beer caps left laying on the ground in sneaky little places like right under the mini-bleachers, behind the storage unit by the main bleachers and underneath the large grove of trees...i know that alcohol will be consumed regardless, but can't we do it in a more responsible way? - can't these pesky beer caps be consolidated into a designated beer cap box or something? (X) - i also find cigarette butts all over the place!? (see number 10 above) - etc etc etc...

that's right; pretty much every ordinance listed on the red sign seen above is being violated at one time or another (5 of which are being broken by weekend warrior football fans alone!?) - and while there are only 11 weekend football games per season allowed at the peterson field, doncha think we can do better than this, people?...when are we going to become a nation of responsible beer-drinking citizens?...

LRE NOTE: SCUSD field usage permits should be granted on the condition that a fee ($250-$500) is charged and refunded only when all litter generated at the field is cleaned up afterwards, and when all rules (other than numbers 5 & 9) are followed, NO EXCEPTIONS! - what do you think? - TAKE ACTION! @ the bottom of this web page...also; it has been firmly established at our various community meetings that dog walking at the peterson field is OK as long as you bring your poop-scoopers...

> 13 sep 2006 / THE KING'S HIGHWAY (EL CAMINO REAL) - El Camino Real (Spanish for The Royal Road, also known as The King's Highway) usually refers to the 600-mile (966-kilometer) California Mission Trail, connecting the former Alta California's 21 missions, from Mission San Diego de Alcalá in San Diego to Mission San Francisco Solano in Sonoma - In fact, any road under the direct jurisdiction of the Spanish crown and its viceroys was a "camino real" - Examples of such roads ran between principal settlements throughout Spain and its colonies such as New Spain. Most caminos reales had names apart from the appended "camino real". Once Mexico won its independence from Spain, no road in Mexico, including California, was any longer a camino real. The name was rarely used after that and was only revived in the American period, especially in the boosterism of the early 20th century sometimes called "Spanish revivalism" in California - The route originated near the southernmost tip of Baja California Sur in Mexico, at the site of Misión San Bruno in San Bruno (the first mission established in the Californias), though it was only maintained as far south as Loreto - to read more click here or go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_Camino_Real_(California) - (click here)

MALLARD DUCKS FEEDING @ CALABASAZ CREEK

> 7 sep 2006 / LAKE TERRACE DUCKS? - last saturday morning i saw about 40-50 mallard ducks flying parallel to the calabasaz creek @ lochinvar avenue bridge, and i am almost sure these are the displaced ducks from the lake terrace apartments - there has always been a relatively small population of ducks along calabasaz creek, but i have never seen this many at one time at the creek, which was widened during the mid 1990s (GO TO: ARCHIVE 1 - CALABASAZ CREEK FLOOD CONTROL) - apparently all those riparian changes made back then are now taking effect, and the next step is for neighbors to stop using dangerous pesticides and/or herbicides to make the creek environment as healthy as possible for the ducks (CHECK OUT SAFER BRANDS @ http://www.saferbrand.com/ant_home.htm) - SEE VIDEO

i also saw a BIG hawk fly over my head at lillick drive and halford avenue this morning at around 9:30 am or so, and this hawk likely feeds at the peterson middle school field and/or the lake terrace apartments in the spring/summer months...anyway; the ducks will be back in the neighborhood once again next spring at right around the new moon of january/february (depending upon weather conditions) and whether the lake terrace apartments and/or the city of santa clara want them or not, and unless someone wants a whole bunch of rioting grannies on their hands, THESE DUCKS HAD BETTER BE PROTECTED AS THE LAW REQUIRES, or else! - these ducks are a much loved part of our neighborhood and (unlike many humans) they will continue to roam free as nature's god intended - all for now...

LRE NOTE: thousands of years ago an island in the south pacific eventually sunk below the surface of the ocean, but a species of bird which once inhabited this island still migrates back regardless (does DNA have memory?), therefore; the lake terrace ducks will return as well - likewise; ending speciesism will take a long time to fully realize as humans tend to protect their own first, as do most other social animals - in fact; this is quite normal, but the biggest leap of consciousness will come when humans choose to step outside of their own species and take care of others as well - in the end; ending speciesism is really all about protecting bio-diversity - and remember; the civil rights movement of the 1960s has not yet been fully realized, because this movement was just as much for whites as it was for blacks (and purples and blues) ~ dissent will not end - just as the civil rights movement will not end - but speciesism eventually will - OR ELSE...OR ELSE what?...kind of vague huh?...so are many U.S. laws! - deal with it! (see: Zivilgesetzbuch) - it's a vague threat of granny revolt, and you can take it ANY WAY YOU WANT! - GRANNIES RULE! - YEEE HAH!...

> Peaceful, law-abiding Americans have been spied on by the FBI, the CIA and the Department of Defense
under the guise of counter terrorism. Peace activists, grandmothers and the faith-based community have all been surveilled by the government, and their records are now in counter terrorism files. But, despite these attempts by the government to squash dissent, the outcry grows louder from across the political spectrum to keep America both safe and free - You can read more about some of the key events - good and bad - that have shaped our nation and the future of our civil liberties over the past five years. > 12 nov 2006 / LAKE TERRACE UPDATE: one of my lake terrace information sources recently contacted the santa clara fire department regarding the homeland security act, which mandates water retention ponds be kept for emergency firefighting purposes - in other words; if by chance a large earthquake affected the water pressure in the fire hydrant lines, a large body of water (the lake terrace pond, the paved-over 1333 lawrence expressway pond etc - see also: 27 jun 2006 RAYNOR PARK POND? posting) would be needed to any fight any potential fires...meanwhile; ducks remain at the lake terrace apartments and lake terrace is still called lake terrace...it also occurred to me that perhaps an emergency plan to release a small amount of water from local dams to be used to fight fires after a large earthquake would be a good thing as well - unless the dams are broken by the quake that is...filtration devices could also be used (but only in emergencies) to suck water from the local creeks and fight fires...

> 10 jan 2007 / DUCK ALERT! - our beloved ducks will be blessing the neighborhood once again with their spring-fling and lawn fertilizing right around the new moon of january/february (depending upon weather conditions) - SO PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY! - ALSO; if my apparently crazy neighbor mister-o attempts to poison these endangered birds once again - and/or harasses them in any way - and/or violently attacks me once again; i won't bother contacting the corrupt SCPD, i will instead go to directly to the county sheriff...NO MORE BULLSHIT - the county takes the abuse of humans and animals very seriously, so there will be no messing around this time...oh yes; and the mainstream media and/or the bush administration likely will pump out their bogus bird flu hype once again to keep the masses unecessarily gripped in fear and/or improve their ratings as usual, but just ignore the hype...oh yes; and the ducks have been fed every day regardless of - and/or since - my bogus and politically motivated retaliatory arrest, and i have even created a stealth 'duck feeder underground' so to speak (let's call it the DUCK LIBERATION FRONT and/or DLF) amongst duck-loving neighbors, since we have been so purposefully thrust back to the 1960s by the bush administration civil liberties/civil rights-wise - BUT! the worst is now over; we have just re-entered an environmentally friendly and civil-liberties/civil rights-friendly democratic congressional era - so; if you don't like ducks TOO DAMN BAD - i suggest you move to siberia or something...

> 3 oct 2006 / 2 GREAT EGRETS AND 21 MALLARD DUCKS FEEDING IN CALABASAZ CREEK @ LOCHINVAR AVENUE

> 14 oct 2006 / ENVIRONMENTAL DEAD-ZONE? - this section of calabasaz creek is just across lawrence expressway from the more riparian section modified back in 1995 (see photos above and/or go to: http://likroper.com.previewyoursite.com/superbirdlandarchive.html - read CALABASAZ CREEK FLOOD CONTROL) - as you can see in the photos above; there is no wildlife in this relative 'dead-zone' stretch of creek - the photo below is the location of the old calabasaz creek before it was re-routed after a massive 1950s flood (go to: http://likroper.com.previewyoursite.com/superbirdlandarchive.html - read GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT!) - this section of old creek remained as a natural pond up until the year 2000 when the santa clara city council took faulty advise from their staff (who claimed it was an artificial pond) and illegally paved it over...since then not only has waterbird habitat decreased with the closing of the lake terrace pond located just across lawrence expressway, but waterbird bio-diversity has decreased as well, as coots used to frequent this pond - and the marina playa pond across the street as well, but now they are gone - email the SANTA CLARA CITY COUNCIL @ MayorandCouncil@ci.santa-clara.ca.us and tell them to RESTORE THE ILLEGALLY PAVED 1333 LAWRENCE EXPRESSWAY POND TO IT'S ORIGINAL STATE!...

> 22 aug 2006 / RAYNOR PARK AND THE SUNNYVALE PLANNING COUNCIL - the historic housing tract which makes up the raynor park area in sunnyvale was originally built for migrant farm workers who worked in the surrounding fields in 1946 right after the end of world war II, and was originally a county pocket until being officially taken over by the city of sunnyvale years back - since then the city of sunnyvale (the planning council in particular) has allowed some questionable building practices to go forth (see photos below) and this has upset many of the long term residents of the raynor park neighborhood - A) the first photo you see below is a typical old-style house - B) the second photo is a new house being constructed in place of an older house - C) the third photo shows a new monster home towering over a quaint old-style 1946 era house - one lady was so upset about the changes being thrust upon the neighborhood she literally sold her house and moved out of state! - another long time resident is moving as well because of this new building trend - from what i gather, the new people who live in the million dollar homes are gone working all the time just so they can afford their new house, and when they come home they disappear never to be seen again until the next morning, and this has helped to ruin the once close-knit character of the neighborhood (and who would even want to talk to a neighbor who sort of flagrantly came in and destroyed your quality of life with a monster home with help from the city? - 1) - the good thing about the monster homes is that they increase the property values of the surrounding houses and decrease the likelihood of eminent domain ever being used to sieze the raynor park land parcel...

> the answer to this problem is to require basements for all new homes so height limits are not exceeded <

> 29 aug 2006 / OLSON'S WILL - this new development at el camino real and south mathilda avenue in sunnyvale was built on one of the last remnants of the old olson orchard, and this parcel was allegedly in mister olson's will to remain as orchard - and after being practically strong-armed by the county and city to give up the land across the street from it (now the home of borders etc), the olson's were essentially forced to sell off and develop that land, but this part was supposed to be protected - the old olson orchard used to span all the way from this corner, down to wolfe road, and was slowly portioned off by the family - the heritage orchard near the sunnyvale community center was first (illegally) siezed by the city, then eventually given back on the condition the family tended to it (gee, how big of them) - also; the portion of mathilda avenue seen above once did not extend through the old orchard, but the city built a road through the center of it to extend mathilda avenue, which eventually stifled crop production due to excessive pollution created during the internet boom of the 1990s, leading to the forced sale of the land - i lobbied to save the piece of land seen in the photo above with ex-council member julia miller via email, and last thing i knew it was supposed to remain as orchard!?! - so the question is this; if the city of sunnyvale has no respect for the wishes of the dead, how can they possibly respect the wishes of the living?

> check out these interesting sunnyvale links: http://www.heritageparkmuseum.org/museum.html - http://sunnyvale.ca.gov/voices/ - http://anmf.org/history/sunnyvale-museum.html - http://www.hellosunnyvale.com/

> 24 aug 2006 / THE MYSTERY LADY - this very powerful and mysterious lady from our neighborhood (click on photo below) is the one who essentially got the ball rolling on the peterson middle school field fiasco a few years back - she is nearly blind and likes to walk down at the field, but back when i recorded this video (click here) afternoon and weekend field users had run amok and taken over the swath of land - the mystery lady couldn't even walk on the track without almost getting run over by unauthorized vehicles!?! - i then emailed the video out to my bulk email list of government and/or mainstream media folks and it apparently fell into enemy hands, because the SCUSD and city of sunnyvale used this video and other various neighborhood complaints about litter and speeding (etc) to expedite a new development plan for the field without any public process!?! - next thing you know; a few weeks later a neighbor handed me a leaked piece of paper with new plans for the field!?! - i then copied and passed out about 1,000 or so fliers to alert the neighborhood at large about an upcoming city council 'study session' regarding this 'secret' plan for the field, and hoards of people were literally turned away at the door and sent to the library across the street! - and the rest is history...

i heard later on the developer was totally pissed off and wanted to know who put out the flyers! - shortly after this council meeting, these deadly pigeon spikes ended up near my house, and their installation was allegedly expedited by the sunnyvale city council (or so i was later told by a sunnyvale city worker) since then both the sunnyvale and santa clara police departments have resisted arresting 4 different people who physically attacked me!? (exhibit A - exhibit B - exhibit C - exhibit D - exhibit E - exhibit F - exhibit G - exhibit H - exhibit I) - and! i have been harassed by both police departments for everything and nothing about 10+ times, and even bloodied up (exhibit J - exhibit K) and wrongfully arrested for feeding ducks of all things after the various neighborhood attacks occurred (see the SUPERBIRDLAND! archives - NEIGHBORHOOD COPWATCH section), but without a legal leg to stand on the government has backed off, likely fearing a major civil rights lawsuit...

> since animal rights activists are the most harassed of all activists, please call california state senator DIANE FEINSTEIN @ 1-202-224-3841 and tell her to pass tough new legislation to protect them from attack...

LRE NOTE: i had a very strong hunch there would be some sort of political retaliation directed at me during this republican-dominated era - the problem is; sunnyvale supposedly has a republican-free city council!? - i suspect much of the aforementioned occurred because; a) i played a key role in halting development out in the peterson middle school field - b) i helped (democratic) santa clara mayor patricia mahan lose her campaign for county supervisor (too damn bad patty!) and - c) more than anything else; the teachers (clinton/gore) were forcibly removed from the classroom (THIS JUST IN: i met a lady who claims to have been threatened as well by mister-o while walking her dog down at the peterson field, and she is willing to testify about this in court - interesting fact: psychological testing is required for those who cause harm to themselves or others, so why aren't my various attackers and/or the cops who illegally roughed me up given psychological testing for their violent acts?)...

> 22 aug 2006 / TRAFFIC CIRCLE - this traffic circle is in sunnyvale near sunnyvale-saratoga road - after experiencing 9 accidents on our property over time due to the lack of proper traffic calming measures, i literally had to threaten a lawsuit against both the city of santa clara and sunnyvale years back to get them to legalize speed humps - the only speed hump ever installed (that i know of) is far from my residence and located on the same street as this traffic circle...

> 22 aug 2006 / TREE REMOVAL? - i found this tiny blue paint spot on the base of a tree on dunford way directly in front of the patrick henry property, and a few other trees had these same spots - the question is this; are any of these trees slated for removal? - if so, why haven't any of the neighbors been told about this? - or is this blue dot from a paint ball or something?...

> 24 aug 2006 / BEE REMOVAL? - native bee populations are rapidly declining as of late, and i have known about this hidden beehive for about a month or so - i was getting ready to alert the science teachers at peterson middle school so it could be moved over to the nature area inside a hollow log or something, but friday morning i saw a sunnyvale city truck parked up on the sidewalk spraying pesticide into the hive!?! - he said the city got a few complaints and that was that!?! - while he was just taking orders and a pretty nice guy, this beehive is part of what we call an 'ecosystem', and this ecosystem needs to be protected city of sunnyvale! - and isn't it funny; the city listens to complaints when it comes to beehives, but when it comes to speeding and traffic (the number one killer) they won't do a damn thing - and even right after a jogger got hit by a car on dunford!?!...

> 22 aug 2006 / KAISER @ HOMESTEAD ROAD AND LAWRENCE EXPRESSWAY (etc) - the first photo seen above shows kaiser hospital at lawrence expressway and homestead road in santa clara - the second photo shows an undeveloped parcel just to the right of kaiser - and i was thinking; since kona kai swim and raquet club in cupertino lies just behind this still open space, why isn't at least some of this land protected as recreational open space and/or wildlife habitat instead of being paved over with yet another parking lot? - does every last square inch of land have to be paved over? - does the santa clara city council have no shame?...

also; i heard that cosentino's market almost shut its' doors for 'good' yesterday, but they now have until february to increase their profits - apparently the landowner has threatened to triple their rent to squeeze them out because two separate interests have their eyes on the land where the market now sits, and they want to turn it into high density housing - also; kaiser wants to put offices on the adjacent parcel just across the street where the avalon nightclub resides, but they supposedly have until february as well to figure out if another entity is interested in moving in to the spot where albertson's market used to be > 18 nov 2006 / LRE NOTE: i went to see ronnie montrose at the avalon nightclub last friday night and talked to the owners' wife, and it seems that if i didn't email her a few weeks ago about the kaiser office building proposal, she wouldn't even know about it!?...
