water flows through calabazas creek on one side of homestead road, but on the other side
where the superfund cleanup site is located; the creek is bone dry (see photo below)

during the dry seasons, water is piped between tantau avenue and homestead road
in an apparent attempt to lessen the spread of toxic chemicals (see photos below) -
work on the creek was completed in 1995 long before the construction of the hospital,
and likely in anticipation of it - so if the decision to build the hospital was made long before construction,
what does this say about the validity of our public process,
and who are the geniuses who thought it was a good idea
to build a hospital on a superfund cleanup site?
