RANDOM THOUGHTS that started out as emails...

NUCLEAR WEAPONS - while subterranean nuclear testing feeds hungry defense contractors, it also blows radioactive waste into underground water wells and eventually poisons the folks who drink the water (in other words, everyone) all in preparation for a war that will probably never happen...and no, rock does not filter out all the radiation...so, they want geiger counters at the borders and ports (something i agree with, as i thought of that about three years ago) but they're going to blow radiation straight into our water supplies!?!...the private sector benefits reaped from the inventive process that took us to the moon, far outweigh the meager gains brought from making bigger and better bombs...

i'll say it over and over - it is ridiculous for the US to worry about other nations having nuclear weapons, when the US has so many weapons of mass destruction laying in wait underground to bring an end to all of humanity...it's like a 100 ton elephant worried about stepping on ants...and you're worried about terrorists???...the US is barking up the wrong tree at a pie in the sky...the hunt for weapons of mass destruction in iraq is leading some to a very obvious revelation; the united states has most of the weapons of mass destruction that they are looking for, right here in america!...

NUCLEAR WASTE - i heard on the news today that the government is worried about the safety of our nuclear facilities, and i was thinking...what about all those rusting barrels of raw radioactive waste - roughly 45,000 + and only about 1000 or so accounted for - dumped off the coast of california by the farrallon islands back in the good old days of nuclear testing?...(i read about it in the sf bay guardian a few years back)...some sort of mechanism needs to be developed that can safely remove the waste and dump it into a heavily guarded offshore barge...the waste could then be neutralized using scalar electromagnetics... for more info - go to: http://cheniere.org/...

TERRORIST THREAT WARNING!!! - the US government conducted a sub critical nuclear test in the nevada desert on may 25th 2004!!!...
AND! you know, the clinton administration did not even tell us we had a terrorist attack when apparently our own US navy submarine shot down that airliner over the new york harbor a few years back (what was it? flight 800?) i think because they did not want us to freak out and ruin the economic growth at the time...the clinton administration probably knew it was in response to gore's massive military cutbacks...

i believe 9-11 was the better planned strike to re-invigorate the US military...and not a shred of evidence left...'perfect'...just a few ATM photos of anonymous middle eastern men, and a pile of rubble and hysteria...just what they wanted?...did they train pilots in their training school, and BOOM!...9-11?...cheney was even warned a few days before..."come back next month" cheney said to senator feinstein...oops?...yeah yeah yeah, terrorist threats are all the US government has been obsessing on for the last three years...you know, just stay vigilant and don't ruin our summer again with your stupid terrorist threat warnings already!...

and as for the other terrorists, that ones that the US created (remember, the CIA create the taliban) they WANT us to stop everything for them, and the republicans seem to be trying to use this to their advantage...we should deny both the republicans and bush's friend bin laden of what they want, and simply stay semper vigilans, always vigilant...(the civil air patrol motto (CAP)...i was in the CAP in the 7th and 8th grade)...

WHAT ENERGY DOCUMENTS? - why is the supreme court giving dick cheney the benefit of the doubt?...because if people find out the truth behind the california energy 'crises' - and the theft of $9 billion from the state of california...guess who's fault it will ultimately be???...that's right; the fools who put dick cheney in power!...yup, better lift dick cheney down off that hook, supreme court!...and what is it again? anything over $650 is considered grand theft?...if $9 billion is not considered 'criminal', i don't know what is...can anyone say 'deathstar'?...i didn't think so...

you know, if i secretly colluded to help someone else steal $9 billion by staying silent about my role in it, what do you think would happen to me?...i suppose if all the judges are equally corrupt as dick cheney, it all evens out?...the idiots at the top (bush-cheney etc) who have all those corrupt federal judges protecting them, can stand there and manage to look like innocent bystanders...absolute genius!!!...AND! the raising of vehicle registration fees should be presented as a further bilking of california...trickle down from the false energy 'crises', passed on to the people of califonia...that is why manipulating energy prices is so damn evil; because the bilking never stops!...and letting the lights go out in california was not an option at any point...public safety would have been at too great a risk...davis was strong armed into signing bogus energy deals...

FOREST THINNING - why is it that funding to cut down live trees on public lands in forest thinning projects comes before funding to remove dead oaks in california that are diseased and a danger to other live trees?...

i generally oppose forest thinning projects if they are in mid forest because it is unrealistic and simply not practical to set an annual precedent of this...there is too much forest to thin...and while thinning probably works like lawn aeration to spur healthy and rapid growth, it may also provide more oxygen for a potential forest fire by opening 'holes in the forest' so to speak...removing and thinning growth around forest communities and limiting human development in remote areas is the key...

it would probably be a better use of funds to construct 'mote-like' high-pressure fire sprinkler systems surrounding remote forest communities whenever possible, with forest thinning concentrated on the areas that are directly adjacent to forest communities...and if one chooses to live in a remote area of forest, then one should be willing to take the risks that come along with it, like forest fire...i live in california with the constant threat of earthquake, and if i don't like it i can move to arizona, where there are no earthquakes, hurricanes or tornadoes...but it is really hot...120 degrees hot...and you can still get hit by a meteor at any time in arizona...

REPUBLICAN FETUSES - it seems that the only form of life truly protected by the republican party is the unborn fetus...all other forms of life are at risk...but if they truly cared about the unborn fetus, they would also care about the state of the environment that the fetus will eventually be born into...but do they? no!...

ANIMAL RESEARCH - perhaps animal researchers have no empathy to begin with and that is why they are drawn to the job...if they were not animal researchers they would probably be serial killers or animal abusers or something...they seem to have no control over their lack of empathy, and animal research is often the perfect job for them...in psychology, people like this with no empathy are considered dangerous to the community...

ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISM - i know that many environmental activists have been lumped together with terrorists as a focus of investigations because of a few violent radicals that may or may not exist within their ranks... the real environmental terrorism that is going on is the rape of the earth by developers, government and the military etc...(war is nothing more than a 'legitimate' - or 'legitimized' - form of environmental terrorism)...i just wanted to set the record straight...most sane activists are not going to sit by idly as the earth is raped and pillaged...

TRAFFIC CALMING - people should know that every time they speed in a residential zone, they help to generate complaints and take much needed police resources from other areas of enforcement, and this is a waste of police resources...if people really cared about the safety of their communities, they would drive safely within them...

UNIVERSAL PROTECTION - when every life is protected as much as your average police officer's life, then and only then, will the madness stop...

HARP SEAL HUNTERS - you know...1) if it was the year 1802 and there were no laws...2) and the wild wild west was still in progress...3) and if i actually owned a shotgun and lived in canada...4) and if i wasn't such a benevolent and loving (in other words, evolved) human being living in the year 2004... i would probably take a shotgun to all those harp seal hunters, and sleep just fine at night afterwards... but this is clearly not the case...

MARRIAGE - i think that divorce should be made illegal and seen as a massive breach of contract, and homosexuals should be allowed to marry since they have an appreciation of the institution of marriage that many heterosexuals seemed to have lost...but, i tend to think we need a three strikes law when it comes to the lifelong commitment of marriage, not only to create stronger unions and stop the practice of financially motivated 'predatory marriages' on the part of women AND men, but also to unclog the divorce courts...

your third marriage should be your last, and the last person you marry should remain legally bound to you on paper for the rest of your life, together or apart...this will make people think three times before getting married that third time...and we also need shorter contractual marriage agreements like one year short term lease 'test-run' marriages, that can be used to see if people really want to be married to someone they are considering marrying...you don't really know how you feel about being married until you're married, and then often it's too late because you just made a lifelong commitment...sometimes people live happily ever after - but sometimes they don't!...thus; one year short term marriage agreements that automatically expire after 365days...if the couple feels compelled after that year to marry again, then they may do so...

the three strikes law should only apply to lifelong commitments...(and no money should be made on your third divorce...in other words; if a woman cannot get rich by her second divorce, she is either dumb or just plain ugly)...

one day my dad took my brother and i to chinatown in san francisco because the camera shops had better deals than in the santa clara valley...i was about eleven or twelve at the time...while browsing the shop, i did my usual thing of wandering away on my own to check things out...i then happened upon a hardcover photography book that had pictures of naked asian women inside!!!!!!!!!...this was a watershed moment in my life...something started boiling up inside me and i wasn't quite sure what it was...i had never experienced anything like this before...it was the greatest moment of my young life!...but then i had to face the tough task of putting the book down...i wanted to run out the front door with that book!...i eventually put the book down and very hesitantly went back to find my dad and brother...

SEX OFFENDER OR SEXY OFFENDER? - i was wondering...how can one be registered in a 'sex offender' registry, if one has not had sex?...for instance - if someone ran down the street naked and was arrested for 'indecent exposure', but never had any sex to speak of, how can they become a registered 'sex offender'?...you know, maybe they are just a sexy offender...you should have the right to be offended, but they should also have a right to offend you...and why aren't prostitutes registered as sex offenders, instead of only the johns?...

there wouldn't happen to be a little female bias out there?...prostitution should be legalized and regulated if you ask me, as prostitutes are nothing more than sexy offenders...prostitutes need to be hired as social workers to rehabilitate all the sex offenders in san jose by jacking them off 2-3 times a week...problem solved...
