What you are about to read is going to change your world forever, this I can promise you. I actually apologize that I have to be the one who brings this unsettling news, but you must know if you wish to survive, for what is coming will either be DRY and heat or ICE and freezing. Global warming has been in the news for over 40 years, and by this time we have become complacent. Our scientists have come to the agreement that global warming will eventually cause major changes and problems in the world, but in their way of thinking it will be 50 to 100 years before we will actually have to deal with the effects. The general idea is that global warming will be slow and the world will find time to discover the solutions to the problems. New powerful evidence strongly suggests that this scenario is simply wrong, and we had better prepare for another more abrupt possibility.
DISCOVERY MAGAZINE - One of the first hints that something may be different than what we are being told (especially here in the US) was published in Discover magazine in September 2002 with the cover announcing “Global Warming Surprise, A New Ice Age”, “Oceanographers have discovered a huge river of fresh water in the Atlantic formed by melting polar ice. They warn it could soon bury the Gulf Stream, plunging North America and Europe into frigid winters.” That was almost two years ago, and no one listened. Life goes on oblivious to the incredible danger approaching.
ENGLAND & SIR DAVID KING - Then in January 2004 enter Sir David King. Sir King is the Prime Minister of England’s chief scientist. Sir King went to Mr. Blair and told him of the impending worldwide disaster and that they needed to tell the world of what was about to happen. Tony Blair told Sir David King to be quiet and not speak. But Sir King felt that this was simply too important for him to say nothing, so in January of this year he deliberately went around Mr. Blair and went straight to the American journal Science where he published his information and concern. Sir King said in this article, “In my view, climate change is the most severe problem we are facing today, more serious even than the threat of terrorism.” England placed a gag order on Sir David King, and now he is not even allowed to discuss this subject publicly without threat of detention.
AMERICA & THE PENTAGON - A month later in February 2004, the Pentagon became involved, which has stirred the world to action. The Pentagon has been studying Global Warming for many years because of its possible national security problems associated with the kind of changes that could present themselves to the world through Global Warming. A special study was conducted through one of the Pentagon’s departments, the Office of Net Assessment, which is directed by Andrew W. Marshall, 83, who has the responsibility of identifying long-term threats to the United States. Mr. Marshall went to a US based think-tank called Global Business Network to compile the possibilities of Global Warming on US national security. A study was completed in October of 2003 and released to the Pentagon, which was looking at this problem from the point of view of what is the worst that could happen. It was named “An Abrupt Climate Change Scenario and Its Implications for United States National Security.” The summary went far beyond what most Pentagon experts had expected.
Realizing the incredible possibilities of this study, Mr. Marshall made a decision to publicly report this and other information to the American people. And probably because of President Bush’s stance on Global Warming, which is beyond negative, he also decided to go around the president, and he published his information and concern in Fortune magazine on February 9th 2004.
In his article in Fortune, Mr. Marshall explains how the melting North and South poles and glaciers from around the world are composed of fresh water and within this fact is the basis of the impending global weather disaster. The Gulf Stream or scientifically referred to as North Atlantic thermohaline conveyor is a stream of warm water that comes from south of the equator and flows over the surface of the ocean toward the north where this warm water keeps Northern America and Northern and Western Europe from freezing. It also holds most of the world’s weather patterns in the way we are used to.
Then as this Gulf Stream cools down, it drops to the bottom of the ocean and returns as a river in the ocean to the south where it warms up again and rises to the surface and then returns to the north one more time in a continuous convection current. It is a huge three-dimensional figure eight. The motor that keeps this warm water flowing is found in the north where the Gulf Stream drops to the bottom of the ocean. It is the salt density of the ocean that causes this river to drop and pulls the warm water up from the south. Now that the poles are melting and fresh water is flowing into the Atlantic Ocean and the salt density is decreasing, the Gulf Stream does not drop quiet as far, which results in a slowing down of this Stream. The Gulf Stream has been dramatically slowing down now for at least ten years. As the Gulf Stream slows down, the warmth is not brought to the North Atlantic region, and the weather patterns begin to change for they are dependent on this warmth to keep a balance.
THE MELTING POLES - The Bush Administration - During the Bush administration when discussions have been held on the melting of the North & South Poles, this government and US corporate entities alike have stated that the world’s scientists are all wrong on their conclusions that say there is great danger, and have led the American public to believe there is no real problem at all. However, George W. Bush was the focus of attack by Sir David King when he wrote his article in Science for the world’s greatest scientific minds. At least one thousand seven hundred of them with the Union of Concerned Scientists say that Mr. Bush is ill informed at the least.
Since the US government is 25% of the CO2 pollution in the world that is creating Global Warming, a discussion of Mr. Bush’s Global Warming policies is paramount. Perhaps one of the best articles that summaries Mr. Bush’s position will be found in the ROLLING STONE magazine article of May 19, 2004 by Tim Dickinson. Given the imminent threat from global warming, even the Bush administration might be expected to launch a War on Heat. After all, as a candidate in 2000, George W. Bush vowed to "establish mandatory reduction targets" for carbon-dioxide emissions, saying he would make the issue a top priority. Once Bush became president, however, reducing carbon emissions was the first promise he broke -- and his record has been all downhill from there. Only two months after taking office, the administration withdrew from the Kyoto Protocol, the global treaty that the United States signed in 1997 to set strict limits on greenhouse emissions. Instead, Bush instituted a voluntary emissions plan that has been an abject failure: So far, only fourteen companies have pledged to curb their CO2 output.
The president also folded the interagency group that monitors climate change into the Commerce Department -- led by Secretary Don Evans, a former oil and gas executive. And he called for additional climate research that would delay any meaningful regulation for at least another decade. "We do not know how much our climate could or will change in the future," Bush declared in a speech in the Rose Garden. Such statements spurred an open letter signed by twenty Nobel laureates, who blasted the administration for having "consistently sought to undermine" public understanding of man's role in global warming. (Bush's science adviser refused to be interviewed for this article.)
Then the censorship began. In September 2002, the Environmental Protection Agency released an air-quality report that - for the first time since 1996 - included no mention of global warming. Seven months later, the White House made wholesale revisions to the climate-change chapter of the EPA's "Report on the Environment," playing down human influence, deleting references to the health impacts of global warming and inserting climate data funded in part by the American Petroleum Institute. The EPA withdrew the altered chapter, acknowledging in an internal memo that it "no longer accurately represents scientific consensus on climate change."
Even some Republicans have been astounded at Bush's meddling in EPA affairs. "What seems constantly evident with George W. Bush is that EPA is expected to take its marching orders from the White House on regulatory matters," says Russell Train, who headed the agency under Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. "During my time, I never had that happen. Never." Train, a recipient of a Presidential Medal of Freedom from the elder Bush, calls the administration's approach to global warming "totally wrong" and "irresponsible."
Bush can rely on key Republicans in Congress to block any efforts to curb pollution and stave off disaster. Sen. James Inhofe, chairman of the Environment and Public Works Committee, dismisses global warming as a "hoax." In a speech last July, Inhofe compared the IPCC to the Soviets and extolled the virtues of what he called a "CO2-enhanced" world. "It is my fervent hope," he concluded, "that Congress will reject the prophets of doom who peddle propaganda masquerading as science in the name of saving the planet from catastrophic disaster."
From another point of view in the same article we hear: “They (the Bush Administration) do not have a credible plan, either domestically or internationally, for addressing the problem (Global Warming), says Michael Oppenheimer, a climatologist at Princeton University. They (the Bush Administration) argue that they don’t want to address global warming, he says, ‘because the science is shaky’. And that approach is indefensible, because the science isn’t shaky.”

THE NORTH POLE MELTING - Let’s look at the facts. Two summers ago the North Pole completely melted for the first time in history that we know of. Both private and military ships floated directly over the actual North Pole, as it was completely water. This area has never been seen to be less then ten feet of solid ice. Greenpeace a few years ago announced that the North Pole’s winter to summer snow pack had receded by around three hundred miles, but no one listened. And today, as I am writing this article, we are witnessing the Alaska fire that has consumed over one million acres of forest. This fire is burning in an area that is always wet with rain or snow until now. And this fire, as you will understand in this article is directly related to the melting of the poles and the Gulf Stream.
But finally the Pentagon, thanks to Andrew Marshall, has told the truth in the Fortune magazine on February 9th. The Pentagon shows a satellite photo of the North Pole in 1970 and then in 2003, which reveals that, according to the Pentagon, 40% of the North Pole has melted in just 33 years. And it is melting faster and faster now. The Pentagon has now proven that all these government statements that the poles are not melting were simply a lie. And it is a lie more damaging than anything that Bush’s Iraq war could possibly throw at the United States.
THE SOUTH POLE MELTING - In the South Pole a couple of years ago Larsen A ledge broke off, which surprised many scientists. At that time we were told by the scientific personnel that were studying this event that it was no big deal since this ice ledge had only been connected to the South Pole for about the last ten thousand years.
And these same scientists also added that Larsen B ledge that was behind Larsen A ledge would never melt as it has been there for many ice ages. Yet last year, Larsen’s B ledge broke off and went to sea. These same scientists said that it would take six months to melt because of its immense size, but again they were wrong. It melted in a mere 35 days, and more significant, it raised the entire world’s oceans by almost an inch. Now with Larsen’s B ledge gone, an incredibly enormous ice shelf called Ross’s Shelf is exposed and the only thing holding Ross’s Shelf from sliding into the ocean was Larsen’s B ledge. According to my sources, Ross’s Shelf is now cracking. If Ross’s Shelf were to slide into the ocean, it has been estimated that it would raise the entire world’s oceans by sixteen to twenty feet. And that, my friends, would change the world, as almost every coastal city in the world and many islands along with the county of Holland would be underwater. Perhaps it will take an event like this to wake up the world to become serious about Global Warming.
THE ANCIENT PAST - 1300 AD - The Pentagon in their study of what is now happening in the North Atlantic ocean, has looked into the past to see when this slowing down or stoppage of the Gulf Stream has happened before and what actually took place at those time in the world’s weather patterns. In actual fact, this North Atlantic ocean slowing or stoppage has happen hundreds of times before in the past going back hundred of millions years, but in our recent past of the last 10,000 years, it has only happened twice.
The most recent time was in the year 1300 AD, and at that time it simply slowed down. It never actually stopped. And why it slowed down, scientists are at the moment theorizing. They don’t really know why. It resulted in abrupt global climatic weather changes that never returned to normal for 550 years. This period of time in our history has been named the “Little Ice Age” because of the havoc it caused to our weather and the dramatic cooling that resulted.
What the Pentagon has realized is that at that time of the “Little Ice Age”, the East Coast of America became extremely cold, while the middle and Western areas of the United States became so dry that the Midwest became a dust bowl and the mountain forests burned to the ground, just as they are doing right now today, for you see, this slowing down of the Gulf Stream has been going on today for about ten years. It also affected Europe dramatically as their weather changed completely during the “Little Ice Age”.
A study of the Anasazi Indians of the 14th century is enlightening. In Chaco Canyon in New Mexico the Anasazi completely disappeared, and where they went no one is sure. But one of the reasons that has emerged from the study of the New Mexico environment for their leaving the area is that soon after the turn of the 14th century, Chaco Canyon went into a drought where they didn’t receive a drop of rain for 47 years! 47 years of drought will definitely cause anyone to move. No water, no life.
The archeologists who presented this study didn’t know why the drought happened, but it is clear why it happened with the information of the Gulf Stream slowing down just before this period. And this is exactly what the Pentagon believes is about to happen here in America, Canada and Europe as we speak. We may think that this current drought in the US West is going to stop soon, but the earth’s history with the Gulf Stream suggests strongly that it will continue for about another 40 years before it begin to regain balance.
8200 YEARS AGO - However, the Pentagon report believes that the Gulf Stream, from everything they know, is not just going to slow down, but rather it is going to stop. And the last time this happened was 8200 years ago. And according to the Pentagon, from their research, this is a much more dramatic scenario. When the Gulf Stream stopped 8200 years ago, it soon left Northern Europe under a half mile of ice, and New York and England quickly endured weather similar to Siberia.
Further it resulted in a true “Ice Age” that lasted about 100 years, and so you can see why the Pentagon is so worried. According to Andrew Marshall, like Sir David King, he says that this Gulf Stream problem is a greater threat to US national security (and other countries’) than all of the world’s combined terrorism. Really, when you think about it, terrorism is nothing compared to the stopping of the Gulf Stream. It’s not even close.
Realize that without stable weather conditions, the growing of food becomes almost impossible, and according to the Pentagon, this could become such a huge problem for the world in the near future, that wars will begin to form all over the world, not for oil or energy, but for food and water. And with whole countries having to evacuate, if this were to happen, such as Finland, Sweden and Denmark, which will be under ice, and many other countries for other reasons, this enormous immigration is what will cause the most threat to national security, again according to the Pentagon report. This is why Andrew Marshall and Sir David King wanted the world to know about what was coming so that the world could begin to prepare for the inevitable.
THE US SENATE - Then in March 2004 the US Senate became aware of what the Pentagon was saying and they appropriated 60 million dollars to the study of ABRUPT GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGES. This offers hope that soon the US Senate will begin to tell the world of these coming climate changes.
THE UNITED NATIONS - In June 2004, ending on June 29th, a meeting was held at the United Nations to consider what to do about Global Warming and the Gulf Stream. 154 countries participated with the result that the only thing they could figure out what to do was to eliminate the use of oil and gasoline as soon as possible.
There are those who believe that if we continue to lower the CO2 levels, possibly we can slow down the problems, and of course, we must do everything we can. This is important for there are ocean currents other that the North Atlantic that are in every ocean, and if they all were to stop or slow down, Earth would all most certainly enter a true ice age. And history has shown that if that were to happen, our civilization would not return to a warm period again for 90,000 years. But really, to change or increase the current of the entire Atlantic ocean to bring it back to “normal” is beyond the possibilities of the human race and all of it’s technologies.
It is too late, by the estimate of most of the world’s scientists, to alter the course of what is about to happen. All we can do now is prepare for the shock. And preparation is essential, which is the main message of both Sir David King and Andrew Marshall.
NASA PREPARES - On July 13th, 2004, NASA launched a satellite, the first of three, that’s whole purpose is to study Global Warming. Besides the study of the ozone, another huge problem associated with Global Warming, these satellites will monitor the temperature and salt density of the oceans. Perhaps we will at least be able to monitor the rapid changes and predict what will happen next.
SOME UNUSUAL WEATHER CHANGES THAT HAVE HAPPENED SINCE THE GULF STREAM SLOWED DOWN - In March 2004 the world saw a major hurricane hit the coast of Brazil. This is the first time in all recorded history that a hurricane has struck land in South America. In May 2004, the United States witnessed 562 tornadoes in a single month, breaking all records. A few of these tornadoes were recorded in Seattle, Washington. Never has a tornado been seen in Seattle. Eastern Canada in the winter of 2003/2004 just had one of the coldest winters on record.
For several years forest fires have been burning around the world. The list would be extensive. The north part of Australia is on fire. Alaska, as we have already mentioned, is burning. Unprecedented! The entire Western United States is under fire, jumping from region to region, with the US government announcing that this is the worse drought in 500 years. Really, the fires are worldwide. France and Europe had a heat wave in 2003 that caused 15,000 people to die in France and 30,000 through-out Europe simply from the intense heat caused by Global Warming and the Gulf Stream.
Argentina this month July 2004, had the greatest storm they have ever seen in their history. Mexico’s weather is so strange and wet in some regions that mold/fungus is forming on their crops. (And in other regions they are having a drought) As weather patterns begin to change more and more radically, food growth will become one of our biggest problems.
The coral reefs of the world are dying because of Global Warming, and this is threatening most of the islands in the oceans, including those in the Pacific. Anyone living on most islands will probably have to leave sooner or later because of their fresh water being corrupted with salt ocean water. Definitely they will have to leave if the oceans rise much higher. Further, it was reported on NPR this morning, July 16, 2004, that fifty percent of the CO2 that has been released in the atmosphere from our technological society has ended up in our oceans and this in turn is dropping the PH to the acidic. This in turn is actually dissolving the coral reefs and killing them along with vast numbers of other life forms in the oceans.
> These are problems simply off the top of my head. If one were to get serious and really research all the strange weather problems of the last ten years (the years the Gulf Stream slowed down) one would begin to be truly aware of the coming abrupt global climate weather changes that we must all adapt to if humanity is to continue on Earth.
THE 40-FOOT WALL - In the Pentagon report it suggests that the United States build a 40-foot wall around the entire country to keep out people who are immigrating and trying to escape world weather problems. The Pentagon believes that food and water will be the biggest problem, and since the US has the money to buy food, they believe we will be best able to resist this particular problem longer than most countries. People will want to come here just to get food. This sounds like something out of a weird movie, but in fact the US government has already begun the construction of this wall between the US and Mexico.
SIDE NOTE: Speaking of movies, The Day After Tomorrow, which was recently released is based on this information of the Gulf Stream stopping. However, Hollywood exaggerated the results of the storms so much that most people simply thought it was fantasy. It is not fantasy, it is really happening, but will it happen as this movie predicts? And in this movie you saw massive amount of Americans fleeing to Mexico to escape the extreme cold weather.
I just spoke with a US military person about two weeks ago who is involved in the construction of this 40-foot wall. In the discussion, with him about the Gulf Stream, which he was unaware of, he said, “Oh, now I understand. You see, the wall is straight up and down on the Mexican side, but it has steps and ladders on the US side to get over the wall and into Mexico. I never could understand why the government was doing this.”
THE CHANGING OF THE SHAPE OF THE GULF STREAM - In the Pentagon report they said that they believed that the stoppage of the Gulf Stream would probably happen in three to five years from October 2003. This was their best guess, and admittedly it was only a guess and a theory. But what they didn’t know, because it was beginning at the actual time of their release of their report, was that the Gulf Stream was beginning to change shape. The change of shape of the Gulf Stream is the beginning of the breakdown and stoppage of this warm water current and the end of our civilization as we know it. I have this information from two sources, both of which do not wish to be named right now, but both of them are world famous scientists. If this is true, then all the effects and timing of the Pentagon report have to be shifted closer to the present by three to five years. I don’t know if this is true, but in the vein of holding nothing back, this info is placed in this article. The actual proof will follow if it will be given to me.
FROM MY HEART TO YOURS
As I became aware of this information, I didn’t know what to do or if I should write this article. But because I believe in and love humanity, I finally realized, like Sir David King and Andrew Marshall, that I must speak out, for knowledge is power. And when the time comes for us all to make life decisions, my prayer is that we all go inside where God resides and listen to our inner Heart. If we trust in ourselves and the presence of Divine Guidance, we will all know exactly what to do and where to be. May God bless us all in what is about to come...

WATER - THE SOURCE OF LIFE
As I have said in my past lectures, water is paramount on Earth, if not in the universe. We live on a water planet, and our bodies are mostly water. The water molecule has an angle of 105 degrees, which is in the golden mean proportion. In the first few words of the Bible, it states that in the very beginning of creation "God moved upon the face of the waters". Jesus baptized into water. All life is attracted to water such as rivers and lakes. Some see water as life itself and talk about "Living Water". What does this mean?
Let's talk about water and the different kinds that are now known. First, water is in three primary states: ice, water or vapor. There are over 200 different kinds of ice structure that science has found. So even something that seems as simple as ice, is not. I believe now that we may find in the future that there are definitely different kinds of water vapor also. Liquid water is also not so simple. Water found in a river or lake in nature has its outer electrons complete. This is the key to healthy water, or at least one of the keys; how many electrons the water has or doesn't have.
At the University of Georgia they found that in every human body all diseased cells (no matter what the disease) were surrounded by what is called "unstructured" water. And they also found that every healthy cell was surrounded by "structured" water. What does this mean? It is simple, at least as far as chemistry is concerned.
"Unstructured" water simply is missing one electron from its outer orbit, and "structured" water has no missing electrons. Water, when it moves through pressurized pipes, is forced to move in concentric rings instead of its natural movement, which is in spirals. When water moves through pipes it forces the outer electrons to be removed, creating "unstructured" water. This means that all water that we drink or bath in that comes from pressurized pipes is associated with disease. And when we bath in water we absorb through our skin in twenty minutes, 16 ounces of the water that we are sitting in. It is the same as if we drank the water. Perhaps mankind has made a mistake much like the Romans did with their use of lead plates and utensils.
So this is the first indication of a difference between "structured" and "unstructured" water.
When this was discovered, many people began to search for a way to structure "unstructured" water. Hence the magnets, strange shaped glass vessels, metal nozzles, etc. that have appeared around the world that structures water. Our research showed that water that was structured in artificial ways did not always look like naturally structured water when analyzed energetically. For example, magnets structure water almost instantly, but the water is not safe to drink according to the University of Georgia.
Then about fifteen years ago a brand new water was discovered. I believe it was Japan who discovered it. It is called "Clustered Water". Frozen clustered water magnified 20,000 times looks like tiny snowflakes under the microscope. Clustered water is found in all babies, human and otherwise, when they are born. It is also found in all organically grown fruits and vegetables. At some point as we grow older the clustered water in our bodies becomes bound to proteins. So we must ingest some clustered water everyday to maintain proper cell hydration and function.
This "Clustered Water" can only be obtained in the United States in two ways that I am aware of. Dr. Patrick Flanagan has made a clustered water that perhaps is good, but I have never tried it. He calls it micro-clustered water. And then there is Dr. Lee Lorenzen who also makes Clustered Water(TM). Both are only sold through multi-level marketing. I have tried Dr. Lorenzen's water and it seems to be very good for me. I have been drinking it for the past three months. I can definitely feel the difference in my energy level. This is the water that I have suggested that people try. It is vastly different than ordinary "structured" water. If you are interested, you should study about it and see if it is for you. You can call 1-800-881-1540, ext. 1000 and talk to Janice Campbell to ask questions. Please understand I am not here to sell water, but to study it. However, there is no way you can get this water in a store, and so to help you I have given you a name. If you have a friend that is selling the Clustered Water(TM) then use them. I feel you need to give the Clustered Water(TM) about two to three months to make a judgement.
It is important to know that the Clustered Water(TM) concentrate will have a shelf life of two years if kept at 70 degrees. If the concentrate reaches a temperature of up to 115 degrees it can be frozen for 45 minutes to restore clusters and then kept in the refrigerator. If the water goes over 115 degrees the clusters are compromised. Also, in the last 15 years or so, another new water has been found called "ionized" water. It has one extra electron. Thiswater is amazing for its ability to clean the environment and other specialized areas. Chile has an invention that willionize the water and make it stable with environmental results that are very promising. And I believe that the Japanese and the Americans and probably other nations do too.
Now, however, there is another new water available to the world that could change the world as we now know it and very possibly save us from some incredible environmental disaster in the future. This water is called "Super Ionized Water" (SIW). SIW has three extra electrons in the water molecule's outer orbits, and it is also stable. If you analyze the SIW water you will find nothing but water. But if you take an ordinary lamp and simply put the plug into a glass of SIW it will light up the lamp brighter than if you plugged it into a wall. Obviously, it is not ordinary water. It is a water filled with electricity.
Recently I was invited to Washington DC to a leading environmental research company, a Fortune 500 corporation, to witness this new SIW in action. There were about 15 government agencies there including the military. I had to sign an agreement letter to not talk about certain things about this water, but that agreement has been destroyed now so I have no legal obligation. Many of you got mad at me for saying that I could not talk about certain things around this water at the Wesak Festival, but you must understand that if I had not signed this agreement, I would not have any direct knowledge about this water at all. I am not protecting any government body as some of you suggested. I simply wanted to know the truth, and it was the only way I could. The only part that they did not want me to talk about was the drinking of the water for human consumption and certain reactions around oil and gasoline.
However, with this subject of the "government" I would like to digress for a moment. Let's get it clear. I am not now, nor have I ever been associated with any government agency (except when I was in the Army when I was a kid). I am completely a free person. But in order to work on whole planet environmental problems, which my life seems to be leading into, it is absolutely necessary to work with the U.S. and foreign governments. I have no choice if I wish to be effective. You can talk about changing the world, but other than the grassroots levels of change, governments are necessary. How can I go into a polluted lake in Australia, for example, and begin to make positive changes without their approval? I would not have their legal permission and would probably only end up being confined and stopped.
Of course I would allow that too if it really worked since it is so important for Mother Earth. In the case of Green Peace stopping the killing of whales by illegally boarding the whaling ships, it did work. I have to admit I am not above this as a last ditch effort, but I believe there is a better way: to educate the government. Bring them to our level, so that they can see our way and how what we are doing is good for all life on the planet. Get them to cooperate.
In addition, I do not see "them", not the military nor even the CIA or the FBI, as the enemy. When you see through the eyes of "Oneness" there is only one God and God created all life everywhere. I am here, as I have stated many times before, to find the answers to all peoples problems, both the dark and the light, which includes the governments of the world, but which also includes all the peoples of the world.
There is only one planet. I believe there is a way that we can move without thinking and acting in duality, which has brought us to this critical position in the first place. There is one Spirit, one God, and one Life everywhere. This is always where I view the world from.
So what happened in Washington DC? A large sample of polluted water that looked and smelled like polluted waste was brought in by two scientists. The water was brown and had things floating in it. The military brought in a large sample of polluted water that seemed to glow a greenish-yellow. It smelled like gasoline and did not seem like water at all. A Mr. Ayhan Doyuk who is the President of Perfect Science, a Turkish corporation, and who is the inventor of the SIW, gave the demonstration. He said that in nature we cannot shake up a lake or large body of water to make the reaction go faster so the SIW can only be sprayed on the surface and allowed to slowly reach the bottom. Therefore he was only going to place a small amount of the water on the surface of the polluted containers without moving the water so that we could see how it happens in a large body of polluted water. The amount Mr. Doyuk used was more than is actually necessary in order for the reaction to move faster.
Over a two-hour period, we all watched as the two polluted containers slowly turned into what looked like distilled water, crystal clear. Mr. Doyuk then took a gold fish from an aquarium that was at the company's office and placed it in one of the now clear "polluted" containers. Mr. Doyuk continued to give chemical examples for over three hours while the fish swam around in what was just two hours earlier an uninhabitable container. Later when the demonstration was finished, the gold fish was put back into the aquarium. One of the scientists called me the next day to tell me that the entire aquarium was crystal clear the next morning just from the water the fish had in its mouth and on its body.
One of the chemical reactions that I would like to talk about is important for its use to the world, but also for its analogy. Mr. Doyuk took a new bottle of automobile oil and poured about two ounces into a glass beaker. He then poured a small amount of the SIW and shook up the beaker. In about three second the oil no longer was on the planet. In its place were amino acids and proteins which can be reused as fertilizer and for food production or in the ocean setting can be eaten by the fish as food. This is impressive for many applications of cleaning up the earth's pollution especially where we have had oil spills in the ocean, but also for another reason. This means that even old oil spills that have reached the beaches can be cleaned very quickly back to the way it was before the spill.
Oil is the end product of millions of years of life. This black substance when interfacing with this water SIW immediately turns white and moves the substance from the end of life to the beginning of life, amino acids and proteins. This is a great analogy.
From what I saw at the demonstration and from what Mr. Doyuk said, it is clear that this water could possibly clean up about 70% to 80% of all the earth's hydrocarbon-related pollution problems in a very short time. But of course we would need government approval and assistance. From experiments in Turkey, they show that a large body of water such as a bay, can be brought back to the way it was hundreds of years ago in a very short time, about two months. This means the bottom of the bay and the sides as well. The water will penetrate about 90 feet into the soil and clean up everything. This may very well be the salvation of the earth herself or at the very least buy us some time to solve the rest of the problems.
The SIW will also work on dry land. The Turkish company has shown how they have gone to garbage dumps and sprayed the SIW on the dump. Immediately the methane fires go out and in a short time (not sure how long but in most of the examples they gave, it was about two months) the chemicals in the dump are turned into organic fertilizer. Soon where there was a dump; there are organic vegetables and flowers growing. I could go on for hours, but I feel you get the idea. This water also has many positive side effects. One is that it will put out fires - all fires - including oil and gasoline fires instantaneously. At the same time, the over spray is actually good for life, such as in a forest fire.
Though I personally have focused on the cleaning of the environment and have not endorsed the following, this water is also being used internally and externally on the human body, and according to Turkish sources with truly amazing results. However, my angels have told me NOT to drink this water until they give me an approval. I am not sure as of this writing what the problem is, but there seems to be one. And until I know exactly what it is, I will not drink it myself. I suggestmthat you do not drink it either, which is the same suggestion that I have made recently in Washington State, in Denver and at the Omega Institute.
At the Wesak Festival at Mt. Shasta I would not even discuss the subject. But as always, it is your choice what you do.
Since it is water, it is not under the FDA's protection, so you must use your own discrimination. I suggest that if you do decide to drink this water that you do it under a doctor's direction and care. In fact this was the only way a person could get this water until just recently and the rules were relaxed, not by the doctors, but by the people who make it. It is here where most of the confusion has taken place, between the "Clustered Water" and the "Super Ionized Water". They are completely different. I highly recommend the "Clustered Water(TM)" and I say wait to the "Super Ionized Water", and if you do drink it, do it with your doctor's supervision. If taken internally, "Super Ionized Water" may end up being the greatest gift from God ever for humanity, and it could become our worst nightmare. We do not know yet, and we should wait until it is tested further.

It is suggested you try this out to begin with on a second vehicle you own, one that you don't need to live with everyday, until you perfect this technology. Do-it-yourself plans allow the individual (that's you and me, folks) to make a difference. This is the easiest and lowest-cost way to convert your car to run on (relatively) free energy. Now, with existing technology, anyone can stand up and make a difference by reducing the local automotive pollution, eliminate gasoline expenses, help restore our atmosphere, and breathe a little easier. In putting these plans into operation, you will be making use of your entire existing system except for the fuel tank and the catalytic converter.
The Plan
Build and install a low-cost alternative method for running your vehicle (internal combustion engine) on tap water, using off-the-shelf components. This is simply an efficient way to convert ordinary tap water into gaseous hydrogen and oxygen, and then burn these vapors in the engine, instead of gasoline. This "minisystem" runs easily from your existing battery and electrical system, and it plugs into your carburetor with simple off-the-shelf fittings. You will be installing a plastic water tank, a control circuit, a reaction chamber, a hi-pressure carb/FI fitting, and 3 gauges, and then hooking into your existing carb/FI. The simplicity comes from its being an "on-demand" system requiring no fancy storage or plumbing. You crank the gas pedal or throttle, and you electrically create more vapor for immediate consumption, on demand; low-high flow rate as needed, from idle to maximum power. The only real change is that you are using tap water as fuel, instead of the traditional petroleum-based fuel. Given a choice, which way would you choose?

Q: Does it really work ?
A: Yes; this is well-established technology dating back to stainless steel. But be sure to follow these instructions using the proper mechanical and electrical assembly techniques, as this plan incorporates the best qualities of several techniques.
Q: How does it qualify as "free energy"?
A: If you're paying someone for the water you use, then it is not strictly free. But the alternative is to keep buying into expen$ive ga$oline and its resultant hydrocarbon pollution.
Q: Is it safe?
A: Technically, it is safer than running on fossil fuel because you are no longer choking on your own emissions (health-wise). In general, it is practically as safe as your current gasoline arrangement. You will be installing a few simple safety devices, using current automotive standards.
Q: What kind of performance can I expect?
A: Properly adjusted, your modified vapor-only fuel system will run cooler, and at a modestly higher power level. The mileage performance expected from this design ranges from 50-300 mpg (of water), depending on your adjusting skills.
Q: Can I do the modification myself?
A: Why not? If you don't have any mechanical skills, and you know someone with basic mechanical and/or electrical skills, you can even delegate some of the construction. If you are using a fuel-injected engine, you may have to get a mechanic's opinion. [There will have to be an adapter inserted into the fuel-injection system, just as you would have to do if you were going to run on propane, hydrogen, or natural gas. Ed.)
Q: What is the environmental impact that my vehicle will have?
A: It will be producing H20 steam (water vapor) and unburnt O2 (Oxygen). Hence, it will be cleaning the environment, rather than dumping nauseous toxins into it. Plus you will be helping to save our dwindling supply of atmospheric oxygen. Any excess vapor in the reaction becomes either steam or oxygen. You can also expect to be receiving more than casual interest from those around you.
Q: Isn’t this really a steam engine?
A: No. Really. Exceedingly high temperature and pressure are not used. This is strictly an internal-combustion engine (burning orthohydrogen) with residual steam in the exhaust as a by-product.

There are a few things you should know about gasoline: Gasoline as a fuel is not necessary; it is optional.
GASOLINE VERSUS WATER - There is a lot of thermochemical energy in gasoline, but there is even more energy in water. The DOE (Department of Energy) has quoted about 40%, so it is probably much more than that.
Most people are unaware that "internal combustion" is defined as "a thermo-vapor process" — as in "no liquid in the reaction." Most of the gasoline in a standard internal combustion engine is actually consumed, (cooked, and finally, broken down) in the catalytic converter after the fuel has been not-so-burnt in the engine. Sadly, this means that most of the fuel we use in this way is used only to cool down the combustion process, a pollution-ridden and inefficient means of doing that.
How It Works
Exceedingly simple. Water is pumped as needed to replenish and maintain the liquid level in the chamber. The electrodes are vibrated with a 0.5-5A electrical pulse which breaks 2(H2O) => 2H2 + O2. When the pressure reaches say 30-60 psi, you turn the key and go. You step on the pedal, you send more energy to the electrodes, and thus more vapor to the cylinders; i.e. fuel vapor on demand. You set the idle max-flow rate to get the most efficient use of power, and you're off to the races.
In the big picture, your free energy is coming from the tap water in an open system, as the latent energy in the water is enough to power the engine and hence drive the alternator and whatever belt-driven accessories. And the alternator is efficient enough to run the various electrical loads (10 - 20 amps), including the additional low current to run this vapor reaction. No extra batteries are required.
STEP BY STEP CONSTRUCTION
OVERVIEW - Here is the suggested sequence of steps:
1. Install the CHT (or EGT) gauge and measure your current operating temp range (gasoline), for comparison.
2. Build and test the controller to verify the correct pulse output.
3. Build the reaction chamber and test it with the controller (i.e pressure out).
4. Install the tank, controller, chamber, and pressure fittings.
5. Run engine and adjust the control circuit as necessary for best performance.
6. Install the stainless steel valves and get the pistons/cylinders coated with ceramic.
7. Coat the exhaust system with ceramic without the catalytic converter (or let it rust out and then replace the whole dang thang with stainless steel pipe sections).
YOU WILL NEED

REACTION CHAMBER
Construct as shown in the diagram. Use a section of 4" PVC waste pipe with a threaded screw-cap fitting on one end and a standard end-cap at the other. Make sure to drill-and-epoxy or tap threads thru the PVC components for all fittings. Set and control the water level in the chamber so that it well submerses the pipe electrodes; yet leave some headroom to build up the hydrogen/oxygen vapor pressure. Use stainless steel wires inside the chamber or otherwise use a protective coating; use insulated wires outside. Ensure that the epoxy perfects the seal, or otherwise lay down a bead of water-proof silicone that can hold pressure.
The screw fitting may require soft silicone sealant, or a gasket; its purpose is to hold pressure and allow periodic inspection of the electrodes. No leaks, no problems. Make sure you get a symmetric 1-5mm gap between the 2 stainless steel pipes. The referenced literature suggests that the closer to 1mm you get, the better. You will want to get your chamber level sensor verified before you epoxy the cap on.
Make your solder connections at the wire/electrode junctions nice, smooth, and solid; then apply a water-proof coating, e.g. the epoxy you use for joining the pipes to the screw cap. This epoxy must be waterproof and be capable of holding metal to plastic under pressure. You will want to get your chamber level sensor verified before you epoxy the cap on.
CONTROL CIRCUIT
The diagrams show a simple circuit to control and drive this mini-system. You are going to make a 'square-pulse' signal that 'plays' the electrodes like a tuning fork; which you can watch on an oscilloscope. The premise given by the literature is: the faster you want do go down the road, the 'fatter' you make the pulses going into the reaction chamber. Duty cycle will vary with the throttle in the vicinity of 90%MARK 10%SPACE (OFF/ON).
There is nothing sacred about how the pulse waveform is generated; there are many ways to generate pulses, and the attached diagrams show a few. The NE555-circuit approach (see diagrams) is from the referenced patent. The output switching transistor must be rated for 1-5 amps @ 12VDC (in saturation). Go with a plan that works for you or your friendly neighborhood technoid or mechanic, and go get all the circuit elements from your local electronics store, such as Radio-Shack or Circuits-R-Us, including the circuit board, IC sockets, and enclosure/box.
DigiKey has better selection, service, and knowledge; plus they have no minimum order. Be sure to use a circuit board with a built-in ground plane, and to accommodate room for mounting 2 or 3 of the gauges. Mounting the reaction chamber in the engine compartment will require running a stub to your pressure gauge where you can watch it.
You can easily make 30-gauge wire-wrap connections between the socket pins and thru-hole discrete components having wire leads. Also make sure to get spec sheets on any IC you use. More details of the best circuits to use will be announced pending prototype testing. You will want to get your chamber level sensor verified before you epoxy the cap on.
THROTTLE CONTROL
If you have a throttle position sensor, you should be able to access the signal from the sensor itself OR from the computer connector. This signal is input to the circuit as the primary control (i.e. throttle level = pulse width = vapor rate). If you don't have such a signal available, you will have to rig a rotary POT (variable resistor) to the gas linkage (i.e. coupled to something at the gas pedal or throttle cable running to the carb or FI. If you make the attachment at the carb/FI, be sure to use a POT that can handle the engine temp cycles. Don't use a cheezy-cheapy POT; get one rated for long life and mechanical wear; mount it securely to something sturdy and stationary that will not fall apart when you step on the gas.
Control Range. The full throttle RANGE (idle-max) MUST control the vapor rate, i.e. pulse-width (duty). The resistor values at the throttle signal must allow the throttle signal voltage, say 1-4 Volt swing, to drive the VAPOR RATE. You will be using this voltage swing to generate a 10% ON 'square' pulse. The patent implies using a 'resonant' pulse in the 10-250 KHz frequency range; but it is not explicitly stated so.
> In this circuit, you will simply tune to whatever frequency makes the most efficient vapor conversion. You will have to get into the specs for each IC you use, to insure you connect the right pins to the right wires, to control the frequency and pulse width. You can use spare sockets to try out different discrete component values. Just keep the ones that are spec-compatible in the circuit, and get the job done.
You crank up the throttle signal and put more electrical energy (fatter pulses) into the electrodes; verify you can get 10% duty on the scope (2 - 100 usec on the horizontal time-base). Your averaging DVM will display the 90%-10% DC voltage across the output transistor (Vce or Vds or Output to Ground). Set and connect DVM in the supply current and measure .5 - 5 amps, without blowing the DVM fuse. Now verify that you got everything you wanted.
Verify your wiring connections using your DVM as a continuity detector. Check your wiring 1 at a time and yellow line your final schematic as you go. You can best use board-mount miniature POTs for anything you want to set-and-forget. The LEDs are there to give you a quick visual check of normal vs abnormal operation of your new creation. You will want to get your chamber level sensor verified before you epoxy the cap on.
CARB/FI CONNECTION - The diagrams also show that fittings are required to the carb/FI l. There are ready-made kits (such as by Impco) available for making your pressure fittings to the carburetor or fuel-injector as the case may be. You will necessarily be sealing the built-in vents and making a 1-way air-intake.
The copper mesh comprises the inadvertent backfire' protection for the reaction chamber. Make sure that all vapor/duct junctions are air-tight and holding full pressure without leakage. Your new 'system' is considered successful and properly adjusted when you get the full power range at lower temp and minimum vapor flow without blowing the pressure safety valve.
CHT (or EGT) - Monitor your engine temp with the CHT (cylinder head temp) or EGT (exhaust gas temp) instead of your original engine temp indicator (if any). Your existing gauge is too slow for this application and will not warn you against overheating until after you have burnt something. Make sure that your engine runs no hotter than in the gasoline arrangement. VDO makes a CHT gauge with a platinum sensor that fits under your spark plug against the cylinder head (make sure it is really clean before you re-install your spark plug (as this is also an electrical ground).
ENGINE/EXHAUST TREATMENT - Get the valves replaced with stainless steel ones and get the pistons/cylinders ceramic-treated ASAP when you have successfully converted and run your new creation. Do not delay as these items will rust, either by sheer use or by neglect (i.e. letting it sit). You could make max use of your current exhaust system by using it with your new deal until it rusts through, then have your mechanic or welder friend to fit a stainless steel exhaust pipe (no catalytic converter is required). But it could be easier and cheaper to send your existing exhaust system out for the ceramic treatment, and then simply re-attach it to the exhaust ports.
GENERAL
1. Do not discard or remove any of the old gasoline setup components, e.g. tank, carb/FI, catalytic converter, unless necessary. Better to always leave an easy way to revert back to something that at least runs, just in case. Some people are leaving their gasoline setup completely intact, and switching back and forth at will, just to have a backup plan.
2. Set your throttle circuit so that you get minimum vapor flow at idle, and maximum vapor flow at full power without blowing the pressure relief valve. In this way, you control how 'lean' your mixture is by the strength of the pulse (i.e. “fatness” at the optimum pulse frequency).
3. If you just don't get enough power (at any throttle setting), it means that you need to (1) change the pulse frequency, (2) change the gap between the electrodes, (3) change the size (bigger) electrodes, or (4) make a higher output pulse voltage (last resort). Always use an output transistor, such as a MOSFET, that is rated for the voltage and current you need to get the job done. OK so you might have to play around with it some. Isn't that where all the Fun is anyhow?
4. If you get any engine knock our loud combustions (not compensated by adjusting the timing), it means that you need to install an additional coil in the chamber, and drive the coil with an additional pulse signal (about 19 Hz on the .1sec time base). Here, you will be slowing down the burn rate just enough so that the vapors burn thru out the power stroke of the piston. Be sure to include a board-mount POT to set the correct strength of this 2nd pulse signal into the coil. This is a stainless steel coil of about 1500 turns (thin wire) that you can arrange like a donut around the center pipe (but NOT touching either electrode), directly over the circular 1-5mm gap. You want no knocking at any power/throttle setting; smooth power only, but also no excess hydrogen leftover from the combustion.
5. Build the canister(s) as tall as you can without compromising your ability to mount them conveniently near the dash panel, or in the engine compartment, as the case may be. This way, you can always make the electrodes bigger, if necessary without undue hardship. Remember that anything in the engine compartment should be mounted in a bullet-proof, vibration and temperature tolerant fashion.
6. If you have to drill a thru-hole for wiring or plumbing thru metal, make sure to also install a grommet for protection against chafing. Always watch your chamber pressure range from IDLE (15-25 psi) - FULL POWER (30-60 psi). Set your safety-pressure relief-valve to 75 psi and make sure it's rated for much higher.
7. Shut OFF the power switch and pull over if there is any malfunction of the system. Your engine will last longest when it still develops FULL POWER+ at some minimum temperature that we are sure you can find, by leaning back the Royal Vapor Flow and/or by making use of the water-vapor cooling technique. Keep good mpg performance records, and periodic maintenance/inspection. Keep it clean; save some money; clean the air; heal the planet; happy motoring; tell a friend; enjoy your freedom and self-empowerment.
8. There lacks documented material for perfecting this vapor system thru a fuel injector; there may be some details you will discover on your own as working prototypes progress. For example, you may be restricted to inject the hydrogen/oxygen vapor without any water vapor, as it may rust the injectors. If engine temp and CHT is a problem, then you will want to re-think your plan, e.g. ceramic-coating the injectors. There is always “replacing the FI system with a Carb.”
9. If you install the water-vapor system (for lower operating temp/stress), you will want to lean the mixture (vapor/air) for minimum vapor flow rate to achieve any given throttle position (idle - max). Make sure that you get a minimum flow for IDLE and a modestly sufficient flow for MAX, that does the cooling job without killing the combustion.
10. If you cannot find stainless steel pipe combinations that yield the 1-5mm gap, you can always regress back to alternating plates of +/- electrodes.
11. If you are concerned about the water freezing in your system, you can (a) add some 98% isopropyl alcohol and re-adjust the pulse frequency accordingly; or (b) install some electric heating coils.
12. Do not let ANYONE ever compromise your dream, your freedom, your independence or your truth.

THE TSUNAMI OF 10,900 B.C.
Major catastrophes that befall Mankind are sometimes spoken of as being of "biblical proportions" to describe their immensity. The words have been used these days to convey the immensity of the calamity that befell the peoples and lands of the coastlines of the Indian Ocean, when an underwater earthquake caused a "Tsunami", a tidal wave that spread across thousands of miles of ocean waters and, hitting land, crushed all before it. Few if any of the news reporters who used the "biblical proportions" terminology may have realized how appropriate the analogy is; for some 13,000 years ago a huge tidal wave, a "Tsunami" if you will, overwhelmed the ancient lands and their inhabitants; except that that time, the tidal wave rose not thirty feet but many thousands of feet and more! Then, as now, it was a news story that dominated all news. The Bible, in fact, treated it to be such a major story that it devoted to it three full chapters in Genesis. It is the record of the Deluge -- the Great Flood -- that overwhelmed the Earth and came close to wiping Mankind off the face of the Earth.
NOT RAIN BUT A TIDAL WAVE - The ancient catastrophe, for centuries known only from the Bible, is now known to have been first recorded by the Sumerians. Their writings on the subject have been rendered in my very first book, The 12th Planet. Those sources make clear that the Anunnaki 'gods' -- unlike the modern scientists who failed to predict the current Tsunami -- were aware of the looming calamity. Their leader, Enlil, saw it is an opportunity to get rid of Mankind and its evil doings; his brother Enki connived to save the "seed of Mankind" by instructing his faithful devotee, Utnapishtim (the biblical Noah) to build the submersible boat and save himself and his family.
The Anunnaki were aware of what is about to happen, I wrote in The 12th Planet and then in Divine Encounters, because they were monitoring the buildup of the ice sheet over Antarctica, and anticipated that the next passage of their planet Nibiru near Earth would cause the ice sheet to slip and slide off the Antarctica continent -- creating an immense tidal wave that will overwhelm near and far landmasses: Quoting the Sumerian, Akkadian and biblical texts, I pointed out that although heavy rains did follow as Earth's ice age abruptly ended, it was a tidal wave that caused the Great Flood. COMMENTS ON THE PENTAGON STRIKE

September 2002 (with updates through2004) - In recent weeks, there has been quite a bit of controversy on the internet regarding the 9-11 attack on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. I have to admit that I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention to what I perceived as a frenzy of conspiracy theories at first. But then, so many readers wrote to ask me what I think about it that I decided I had better have a look before I gave an answer. I followed link after link, read and examined site after site, and at the end, I settled down to try to figure out what I could extract out of the morass of conflicting perspectives on the Pentagon Crash.
Certainly, anyone who approaches this subject and suggests anything other than the accepted media/government version is going to be accused of being a "conspiracy theorist." I need to state for the record that I have spent 30 years studying psychology, history, culture, religion, myth and the paranormal. I also have worked for many years with hypnotherapy - which gives me a very good mechanical knowledge of how the mind/brain of the human being operates at very deep levels. This leads me to certain facts about the human mind that I don't think the average person knows.
There is a little known fact about hypnosis that is illustrated by the following story: A subject was told under hypnosis that when he was awakened he would be unable to see a third man in the room who, it was suggested to him, would have become invisible. All the "proper" suggestions to make this "true" were given, such as "you will NOT see so- and-so" etc... When the subject was awakened, lo and behold! the suggestions did NOT work. Why? Because they went against his belief system. He did NOT believe that a person could become invisible.
So, another trial was made. The subject was hypnotized again and was told that the third man was leaving the room... that he had been called away on urgent business, and the scene of him getting on his coat and hat was described... the door was opened and shut to provide "sound effects," and then the subject was brought out of the trance. Guess what happened? He was UNABLE TO SEE the Third Man.
Why? Because his perceptions were modified according to his beliefs. Certain "censors" in his brain were activated in a manner that was acceptable to his ego survival instincts.
The ways and means that we ensure survival of the ego is established pretty early in life by our parental and societal programming. This conditioning determines what IS or is NOT possible; what we are "allowed" to believe in order to be accepted. We learn this first by learning what pleases our parents and then later we modify our belief based on what pleases our society - our peers - to believe. This is "transference." We transfer our desire/need to please our parents to our society, even our government.
Anyway, to return to our story, the Third Man went about the room picking things up and setting them down and doing all sorts of things to test the subject's awareness of his presence, and the subject became utterly hysterical at this "anomalous" activity! He could see objects moving through the air, doors opening and closing, but he could NOT see the SOURCE because he did not believe that there was another man in the room.
So, what are the implications of this factor of human consciousness? (By the way, this is also the reason why most therapy to stop bad habits does not work - they attempt to operate against a "belief system" that is imprinted in the subconscious that this or that habit is essential to survival.) One of the first things we might observe is that everyone has a different set of beliefs based upon their social and familial conditioning, and that these beliefs determine how much of the OBJECTIVE reality anyone is able to access. Realities, objective, subjective, or otherwise, are a touchy subject. Suffice it to say that years of work inside the minds of all kinds of people has taught me that we almost never perceive reality as it truly IS.
In the above story, the objective reality IS WHAT IT IS. In this story, there is clearly a big part of that reality that is inaccessable to the subject due to a perception censor which was activated by the suggestions of the hypnotist. That is to say, the subject has a strong belief, based upon his CHOICE as to who or what to believe. In this case, he has chosen to believe the hypnotist and not what he might be able to observe if he dispensed with the perception censor put in place by the hypnotist who activated his "belief center" - even if that activation was fraudulent.
And so it is with nearly all human beings: we believe the hypnotist - the "official culture" - and we are able, with preternatural cunning, to deny what is often right in front of our faces. And in the case of the hypnosis subject, he is entirely at the mercy of the "Invisible Man" because he chooses not to see him. Let's face it: we are all taught to avoid uncomfortable realities.
Human beings - faced with unpleasant truths about themselves or their reality - react like alcoholics who refuse to admit their condition, or the cuckold husband who is the "last to know," or the wife who does not notice that her husband is abusing her daughter. I am not surprised at the state of denial of the majority of human beings. It is the cultural norm. I am also not surprised at the projection of their discomfort onto those who ask uncomfortable questions by accusing them of being "conspiracy theorists."
Now that the reader has some idea that they are probably going to deny nearly everything that I am going to say, let us move to the "context" that I believe may be important to the events of 9-11. The context is that the term "conspiracy theory" has been tootled for a number of years in such a way that the mere pronouncing of the words acts to turn off the thinking capacities of the average American. It is almost as effective as pronouncing any criticism of Israeli government to be anti-Semitic.
The first thing we want to think about is the fact that the word "conspiracy" evokes such a strong reaction in all of us: nobody wants to be branded as a "conspiracy theorist." It just isn't "acceptable." It's "un-scientific" or it's evidence of mental instability. Right? That's what you are thinking, isn't it? In fact, I bet that the very reading of the word even produces certain physiological reactions: a slight acceleration of the heartbeat, and perhaps a quick glance around to make sure that no one was watching while you simply read the word silently.
Have you ever asked yourself WHY the word evokes such an instantaneous emotional reaction? Have you ever wondered why it stimulates such a strong "recoil?" After all, it is only a word. It only describes the idea of people in "high places" thinking about things and doing things that manipulate other people to produce benefits for themselves.

Such is the nature of organizational behavior. "Conspiracy," in this key sense, is a way of life around the globe. Within the world's military and intelligence apparatuses, this tendency is magnified to the greatest extreme. Anyone who has lived in a repressive society knows that official manipulation of the truth occurs daily. But societies have their many and their few. At approximately 1:30 pm on January 5, 2005 six large military helicopters were sighted flying over the Santa Cruz mid-county area. They seemed to be flying especially low and as such were very noisy and obtrusive…When the Santa Cruz County emergency services department (911) was contacted the attendant had no notice of exercises to be carried out in the area or prior warning about the choppers…The helicopters were supposedly just passing through…hmmmm…

THE DELAY RULE
House Republicans were forced to reverse their decision on the "DeLay Rule" and reinstate the provision that would force their majority leader (and any other elected House leaders) to step down from their position if indicted by a grand jury (something which Tom DeLay could very possibly face in a Texas money laundering case). Numerous calls and emails forced DeLay to back down - something that the man known among friends and enemies alike as "The Hammer" rarely does. It was your pressure that made DeLay step back from this act of ultimate hubris and arrogance, because the Republicans felt that pressure.
In addition, thanks to your last minute calls to members of Congress, on Tuesday the Republican caucus was forced to withdraw its most noxious proposal to amend the ethics rules. That measure would have removed the primary standard used to determine if a member of Congress has violated ethics rules - that is, the appearance of corruption. Their original plan would have eliminated this standard for ethical conduct and made only actual illegal activity a violation of ethics rules. In essence, it would have changed the ethics standard in the House to "catch me if you can," and would have given a blatant green light to all forms of corruption among government officials.
Public Citizen has been working right alongside you on these issues, and helped organize a major government watchdog coalition press conference on Monday to decry the proposed ethics changes and the "DeLay Rule." A room crammed with reporters and television cameras helped persuade DeLay to change his course. Again, because of your strong and consistent support of Public Citizen, you made this happen. As you might suppose, though, someone as corrupt as DeLay is not suddenly turning over a new leaf in self-regulation and is certainly not ushering in a new dawn of ethical behavior. His corrupt and autocratic rule of the House has been humbled but not yet defeated.
In fact, DeLay led his colleagues - in a straight party-line vote – in enacting a change to ethics procedures that will put a halt to most investigations of corruption. The new rule change would require a majority vote of the ethics committee to even begin looking into the validity of ethics complaints. (Currently, a complaint automatically triggers an investigation within 45 days if the committee is deadlocked, and since the ethics committee is evenly split between Republicans and Democrats, it is often deadlocked.) This rule change, combined with a Republican leadership plan to replace the current ethics committee chairman, Joel Hefley (R-Colo.), with a DeLay lackey, will likely kill most ethics investigations for the next two years. (Hefley was the one who got the ethics committee to agree unanimously to rebuke DeLay three separate times last year.) The only winners will be those corporate interests that peddle influence with Congress so they can feed at the public trough.
So we won a significant skirmish with DeLay and the Republican leaders of the House. We made DeLay blink. Yet the battle is obviously far from over. In the coming days and weeks we will update you on new developments and our plan to push for an independent ethics panel to replace the dysfunctional ethics system in Congress. It will be a long haul, but with your help, it is a battle we can and will win. As Rep. Zach Wamp (R-Tenn.) said after their decision to reverse the DeLay Rule, "I feel like we have just taken a shower." We intend to make members of Congress take a lot more showers before we're done.

INTERNET CRITIC OF JEFFERSON COUNTY POLITICIAN HAS RIGHT TO ANONYMITY
Former Commissioner Lost Re-election After Resident Sent E-mails About
Wasted Tax Money
WASHINGTON, D.C. – A person who sent e-mails criticizing a Texas politician for helping to cause a budget deficit and make wasteful expenditures has a right to remain anonymous, a judge ruled today. The Internet critic, known only as recall_carl01, sent a series of e-mails in February and March 2004 identifying wasteful expenditures and urging fellow citizens to keep those in mind when voting.
Former Jefferson County Commissioner Jimmy Cokinos, who lost his re-election bid in March, filed a petition in June in the District Court of Jefferson County. He claimed that several of the e-mails were defamatory and demanded that the court order recall_carl01 to be identified.
Public Citizen, which has been a strong defender of First Amendment rights on the Internet, urged the court to allow recall_carl01 to remain
anonymous. By seeking re-election, Cokinos voluntarily made his conduct a fair subject for comment, argued Paul Alan Levy, a Public Citizen
attorney representing recall_carl01. Further, courts have ruled that subpoenas to reveal the names of anonymous speakers can chill free speech, and those courts have upheld the right to communicate anonymously over the Internet.
District Court Judge Gary Sanderson agreed, ruling that a subpoena that would identify recall_carl01 should be quashed.
“The e-mails at issue here contained standard criticism of the use of taxpayer money – not defamatory statements – and it was well within recall_carl01’s right to make the comments,” Levy said. “We are very gratified that the judge agreed that this Internet critic has a First Amendment right to speak anonymously on the Internet.”

NEWS FROM PUBLIC CITIZEN'S WATER FOR ALL CAMPAIGN
CITIZENS ORGANIZE AGAINST AGUAS DE BARCELONA IN SALTILLO, MEXICO
Some background: With the creation of Aguas de Saltillo (Agsal) three years ago, the Spanish company Aguas de Barcelona (Agbar), one of the international giants of the global movement toward privatization of water services, became the operating partner and owner of 49% of the shares of the local water company in Saltillo, Mexico in 2001.
Saltillo, with a population of 650,000 and capital of the state of Coahuila, is an important economic center with metalworking industries, automobile plants (GM and Chrysler) and maquiladoras. Agbar controls numerous water companies in Latin America including Cartagena (Colombia), Havana and Varadero (Cuba), and various cities in Chile; and it has plans to operate many more in Mexico and other countries.
The privatization of water systems in Mexico has become a top priority for the National Water Commission (CNA or ConAgua), following the lead
of the World Bank. CNA is trying to induce other water systems to adopt a "joint company" scheme *similar to the one in Saltillo-, with the arguments of the inability of local companies to administer their systems efficiently, and the lack of capital to finance the needed investments to modernize and extend existing infrastructure.
As it has happened in other countries, the experience with private companies in Mexico has not been positive. In general, water costs have
increased, the service to users that are not able to pay is cut, and economic considerations prevail above water preservation and environmental sustainability. Cancun and Aguascalientes *where the French water company, Suez (a partner of Aguas de Barcelona!), and Vivendi's water division *Veolia Environment- are involved, are two examples that corroborate the former asseverations. The foreign participation in Cancun's water system was purchased with funds from the Mexican public works bank Banobras (!). In contrast, the best managed water systems in Mexico, e.g. those serving the cities of Monterrey, Tijuana, and two cities located in Coahuila State - Ciudad Acuña y Piedras Negras-, are all publicly managed and effectively accountable to their customers.
AGUAS DE SALTILLO (AGSAL)
The joint company Aguas de Saltillo, was formed in October 2001,
following a forced and non-transparent process, where lack of
information and lack of citizen participation was evident. This process
was conducted by Arthur Andersen, the accounting consultant for the only
bidder, Agbar. (In 2002 a federal grand jury indicted the accounting
firm, Arthur Andersen, for obstruction of justice for shredding
sensitive documents related to the fraudulent financial reports of Enron
Corp., one of the largest financial backers of the Bush Administration.)
"InterAgbar," a private Mexican company controlled by Agbar, bought a
49% interest of Saltillo water system with an offer of $8 million DLLs
for the operating assets whose book value was $45 million DLLs, prima
facie evidence of collusion by local politicians, who are suspected to
be invisible junior partners in the Mexican unit.
Since the creation of Aguas de Saltillo, local citizen groups have
mobilized against what rapidly became another example of political
condescension and international impunity: the Spanish manager, Jesús
García García, has acted in an arbitrary and unaccountable manner. He
has violated local laws, lied to the puppet Board of Directors and the
local Mayor, and transformed water service into an increasing burden for
the local population, by illegally raising local water rates and
imposing new user fees and miscellaneous charges.
In response to local complaints, in 2002 the State Congress ordered an
audit by its Comptroller. This audit, that took almost 1-½ years to be
completed, confirmed several violations of state laws and contractual
obligations that, among other provisions, limit changes in tariffs to
the rate of inflation. It is estimated that the overcharges for water
fees by the company under the new management amount to be about $5
million DLLs, without including the other fees and charges that the
company has been collecting from an unwary clientele. Four months after
the audit was presented to the Congress, municipal authorities have
asked Agsal to reduce the water rates and to reimburse the users about
$1.5 million DLLs. But neither legal violations have been sanctioned,
nor penalties have been applied to those responsible of violating the
laws.
The Mayor and the "public interest" directors have been "stonewalling"
the local citizen groups *including the Chamber of Commerce- who have
been seeking full disclosure of the company's operations. The Chamber of
Commerce and local citizen groups have objected to the irregularities in
the company operation, and even have claimed law protection against the
company abuses.
In view of the above-mentioned facts, a group of concerned citizens
have decided to take steps to defend the "public interest" water
service. We are promoting a local movement that is calling for the
dissolution of the joint water company and the recovery of the city
water system, and to push Aguas de Barcelona out of Mexico. We call for
international support for our effort to achieve these objectives.

Statement of Joan Claybrook, President, Public Citizen: Four years ago, in response to the Ford-Firestone crashes that involved defective tires, Congress passed the TREAD Act. That law required select safety data to be gathered by the government and made available to the public. The idea was to enable government investigators to spot potential safety defects quickly with this early warning data and for the motoring public to be alerted to potential problems associated with vehicles they own.
In putting the law into practice, though, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has decided to keep much of this critical data from the public. The information withheld includes warranty claims, production numbers, field reports and even consumer complaints.
As Public Citizen will tell the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia today, NHTSA's secrecy is a stunning perversion of the
Freedom of Information Act. That act is supposed to open records and improve government accountability, but the agency is using it to seal records from view. In doing so, NHTSA is bowing to the wishes of the auto industry, which has provided only highly speculative claims about the potential for competitive harm that might result if the data are released.
History has shown that auto manufacturers hide safety defects to avoid the costs of recalling vehicles. Indeed, NHTSA just fined GM $1 million
for doing so. NHTSA, meanwhile, has a long history of responding lethargically to safety defects. Outrage over NHTSA's incompetence in responding to available information on the Ford/Firestone debacle is what prompted Congress passed the TREAD Act.
NHTSA lacks the authority to hide this safety data. The agency also failed to provide adequate notice of its plans and misinterpreted the public records law, which requires the agency to prove that each piece of submitted information should be withheld, rather than presuming it is secret as a category. The information in question belongs to the public because most of it was gathered from the public in the first place.

IRRADIATED FOOD?
A few days before Christmas, the Food and Drug Administration quietly
announced that they were granting an industry petition to increase the
permitted energy level of X-rays used to irradiate food. At this higher
energy level, it is possible for the components of the food to become
"activated" (become radioactive). The industry claims that any
radioactivity will be short-lived. But we think it is unacceptable that
consumers should be asked to accept any technology that creates
radioactivity, no matter what the level. Additionally, the FDA has not
required adequate studies of the changes, chemical or otherwise, that
this increased dose could cause in food.
The higher doses will allow large portions of food to be irradiated in
one blast - such as shipping containers from overseas. This could
increase the already enormous amount of imported meat and produce that
floods U.S. markets, a growing trend that has forced tens of thousands
of American farmers and ranchers out of business.
The FDA has a long history of ignoring the well-documented health
problems associated with irradiated foods, which can be exposed to the
equivalent of up to 1 billion chest X-rays. Numerous health problems
have been observed in lab animals fed irradiated foods, including
premature death, stillbirths, mutations, tumors, organ damage and
stunted growth. And, chemicals formed in irradiated foods called 2-ACBs
have been linked to colon cancer promotion in rats and genetic damage in
human cells.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to object to your decision to amend the food additive
regulations to establish a new maximum permitted energy level for x-rays
used to irradiate food. Specifically, I urge the FDA to conduct the
necessary studies to determine what chemical, physical, and other
changes such a change in energy level will cause in food.
I also object to the agency's decision to allow this change knowing
that some amount of radioactivity could be created in food treated with
7.5 MeV. It is unacceptable for consumers to be asked to tolerate any
amount of radioactivity caused by a food treatment such as irradiation.
A public hearing should be conducted on this matter, so that the public
can raise concerns about this change with the agency.

New Public Citizen Analysis Finds Corporations and Their Executives
Have Contributed 96 Percent of Bush’s Inauguration Funds
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Corporations and corporate executives contributed
96 percent of the $17.8 million collected so far to pay for various
inaugural festivities and functions, according to a new analysis by
Public Citizen. Of the 127 contributors to Bush’s Presidential
Inauguration Committee, 121 are either corporations or their chairmen,
CEOs, presidents or owners. Together, their donations amount to $17.1
million, Public Citizen found. The fund has an overall goal of raising $40 million.
“This inauguration is bought and paid for by corporate America,”
said Joan Claybrook, president of Public Citizen. “These businesses
consider such gifts to be investments, with payback expected. Not
surprisingly, many of the corporate givers received huge legislative and
regulatory favors from the first Bush term and are looking for even more
over the next four years. They also get invited to events, where they
can schmooze with Cabinet members and administration officials and lobby
on their issues.”
Corporations by law are barred from direct contributions to
presidential candidates and campaigns. However, they are under no
similar restrictions in attempting to curry favor from the
administration by financing the president’s inaugural events.
Although the Bush inaugural committee put a cap of $250,000 on single
contributions to its fund, two corporations – Ameriquest and Marriott
International – effectively skirted that ceiling by making
contributions through their subsidiaries, Public Citizen found.

Among the report’s other findings are:
* Eighty-seven corporations account for $12.7 million, or 71
percent, of the $17.8 million raised as of Jan. 13.
* Thirty-four of 40 total individual contributors are presidents,
CEOs, chairmen and owners of corporations. These industry chiefs account
for $4.4 million, or 25 percent, of the total raised so far.
* Almost half (59) of the inaugural contributors are Pioneers,
Rangers or Super Rangers, or employers of one of those elite Bush
fundraisers. These individuals and their corporate employers have raised
more than half ($9.1 million) of the $17.8 million raised for the
inauguration festivities. Collectively, these contributors raised a
minimum of $15.3 million for Bush’s two presidential campaigns.
* The finance and investment industry, with $5 million, was the
largest contributor to the fund. That industry bundled more than $21.7
million for Bush’s 2004 campaign and is pushing for new business under
Bush’s flawed Social Security privatization proposal.
* The energy industry, with $2.3 million, was the second largest
contributor to the fund. That industry bundled more than $5.2 million for Bush’s 2004 campaign.
* Ameriquest and two of its subsidiaries, Argent Mortgage Co. and
Long Beach Acceptance Corp., contributed a total of $750,000. Ameriquest
Chairman Ronald Arnall and his wife, Dawn, contributed at least $5.5
million to Bush’s re-election campaign, having achieved Ranger and
Super Ranger status by bundling a combined total of at least $500,000
for his re-election effort and also having contributed $5 million to the
Progress for America 527 group, which ran ads promoting Bush’s re-election.
* Marriott International and its subsidiaries (Marriott Vacation
Club and Ritz Carlton) contributed a total of $750,000 to the inaugural fund.
* Industries that have already received many legislative and
regulatory favors from the Bush administration, and that stand to get
even more in the second term, had the following number of significant
contributors to the inauguration fund:
1) Finance and investment – 35 corporations and corporate
leaders, 28 percent of all contributors / 2) Energy – 12 corporations and corporate leaders, including nine
from the oil and gas sector / 3) Real estate – 10 corporations and corporate leaders / 4) Health – five corporations and corporate leaders
Few of the provisions that restrict large contributions by wealthy
individuals and corporations to election campaigns apply to fundraising
for presidential inauguration ceremonies. Federal election law exempts
inaugural fundraising from all campaign finance regulations other than a
requirement to disclose contributions of $200 or more and a ban on
contributions by foreign nationals.
“The possibility for corruption exists any time a politician accepts
a large check from anyone,” said Frank Clemente, director of Public
Citizen’s Congress Watch. “Congress should end the double standard
for presidential inauguration fundraising. The celebration of an
election victory should be viewed as part and parcel of the process of
selecting our president. Funds that support inaugural ceremonies should
be subject to the same limits and disclosure requirements that apply to
federal campaigns, which means no corporate contributions and a maximum
individual contribution of $2,000.”

claims made by WTO proponents that the institution would increase U.S.
wages by $1,700 per year for the average American family and enhance
global economic stability have not been realized, Public Citizen said
today. In the first months of 2005, final rulings are expected on the
controversial WTO decision that the U.S. ban on Internet gambling and
certain U.S. agricultural subsidies are WTO-illegal. These cases
implicate broad swaths of U.S. regulatory authority and also potentially
billions of dollars in commerce.

DEMILITARIZATION vs DE-EDUCATIONALIZATION - back during the clinton era, there was a rapid demilitarization going on in the US driven by al gore, and this is what largely got the US out of debt, as defense spending is probably the most expensive endeavor that the country undertakes...but, if you have to choose between closing military bases or schools, i would say the most obvious ethically correct decision would be to choose closing the military bases...if we continue on as we are, the future could hold unchecked population growth, and that population will have to be educated somewhere, so closing schools will not serve this greater purpose...and i know that warfare is probably still considered to be an 'acceptable' de-population method by some of the higher-up defense department sickos, but i think we can do better...i believe the future holds non-violent solutions to controlling population growth that will hopefully sidestep abortion and warfare...
think about it; do you want your sons and daughters ending up dead or dismembered from war or abortion, or do you want them to live the relatively long mentally and physically healthy life of a college graduate?...gee, tough choice...and we know now that military action does more harm than good, so some real changes have to be made...and just like the development of free energy sources, that probably has something to do with the decentralization of power, but i'm not sure...luckily, $80 billion dollars has just been cut from the military spending plan...
